Troppi problemi
Prima mi é arrivata la comunicazione che il pacco sarebbe rimasto fermo alla dogana e che se non avessi compilato dei documenti entro pochi giorni (con dati non in mio possesso poiché si trattava di informazioni e codici specifici ) mi avrebbero addebitato la giacenza
Subito dopo aver segnalato il problema per capire come risolverlo ho ricevuto il pacco senza alcun avviso
Provando l’articolo in questione (un paio di scarpe) mi sono accorta che le solette erano difettose poiché in punta rigonfiavano, risultando scomode
Pessima esperienza, sicuramente non ricomprerò piú da questa azienda.

Esperienza negativa per chi acquista online da L’ ItaliA … per effettuare un reso e quasi impossibile.. procedure non chiare e con un costo a carico del cliente elevatissimo. Inoltre non c’è chiarezza per il rimborso … esperienza negativa su questo senso.
