Heidi and Enchanted Furnishings were great throughout, we were kept in the loop with regards to arrival and delivery. The egg chair itself is fantastic, super comfy, exactly what we wanted and at a very good price. We would completely recommend.

I ordered an egg chair from this company on a pre-order. I was kept up to date throughout so I knew when it would be arriving and received several texts telling me when it would be delivered. Excellent customer service! Love the egg chair too, well made and very comfy. Thank you so much, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Really pleased with the chair and the company, just a shame that the order was delivered a month later than originally mentioned but I understand there were unfortunate reasons.

I recently ordered a hanging egg chair from Enchanted Furnishings and have been really impressed with the whole process. I was kept up to date with the delivery schedule and when the item arrived it was really well packaged and the item itself is fantastic. Finally got hold of an egg chair and…
Finally got hold of an egg chair and this one didn’t disappoint, I love it.
Company were great to deal with, chair was delayed a little longer than originally planned but I was kept up to date along the way. Highly recommend them.
