I had a very positive experience with XVX. Their customer service team was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Despite some issues and delays caused by the courier company Evri, the keyboard eventually arrived safely. The product itself is of good quality and works well. I appreciate the excellent communication and support provided by XVX, and I am satisfied with my purchase. I would happily recommend them to others.

First time buying on Xvx, they say it gets delivered between 7-14 days and it’s the 14th day and I still haven’t received the order or had any updates for 5 days on the parcel. It’s just saying “delivered to local carrier” for 5 days and they are saying it’s en route but it’s really not, not buying from here again I don’t recommended

The keycaps are very high quality and I would greatly recommend them for the price, very fast and good customer service aswell 👌

I recieved the keycaps quickly! The communication with the brand went so smoothly and the keycaps are super pretty and high quality! I definitely recommend!

Quality is very poor on the keycaps I ordered. Very cheap and thin plastic, RBG did not shine through either as it should have. When I requested a refund they want you to pay for expensive shipping back, not get refunded your original shipping cost and they take a cut from the refund. Scammy Chinese company, if you’re looking at something on the site go elsewhere even if slightly more expensive. Very poor customer service, even worse product. Avoid

From the detail of the products to the details about pay and shipping.

Pristine condition items, but delivery and the tracking system is not reliable, for example, I received my package today, which is great! It shipped fast, but when I went to check my order in the tracking system, it appears that it was not out for delivery yet. This means that there's not a strict control and regulation on updates.
Besides that, it was excelent.

Todo esta muy bien, no tuve problema alguno para poder compra en su pagina. El único pero que le pondría seria, que en el correo que me enviaron para confirmar y rastrear mi pedido, la pagina que me mandan para rastrearlo me dice que no hay información de mi pedido, entonces tuve que usar otra pagina para poder rastrear mi pedido, pero de eso en fuera, todo esta muy bien.

the keycap sets are good for money and in good quality.

Very cute keycaps! Got the great wave set. It came in the box with the art for the coral themed set but it had the correct keycaps. My only gripe is that the inner pbt layer isn't translucent so the symbols on the keys don't glow with backlight ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Shipping was fast and despite using lasership for the last mile in Denver it still arrived a couple days early at my doorstep. The set doesn't quite work with my 75% keyboard but it's close enough

I bought a few keycap sets and an XVX M84 from this site, the service is friendly and nice, Also, when I got the M84 in my hand, it was so beautiful! will purchase some stuff soon!
