Excellent service by Matt transporting my LiveWire motorcycle to and from the North East to Plymouth and back for its first service. Good communications from start to finish. He gets that it's your baby and fills you with confidence that everything will be OK. Would definitely recommend EmotoUK.

I bought a KTM 250f 2022 from Emoto and had an issue with the bike a week later, considering it’s a second hand bike I didn’t think that they would help me,I’m so greatful that I bought my bike from Emoto the customer support is second to nun, Matt helped me out all the way and I would definitely recommend this honest genuine company to anyone.

These guys are great to deal with, gave me a great price on my bike and the condition of the bike I purchased was a lot better than the photos! Bit gutted on the second ride I need new linkage bearings and have recently discovered a buckled wheel. These guys have some great stock, always on the end of the phone, down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. Will defiantly do business in the future.

I recently bought my first bike through Emoto. Great customer service and no pushy sales tactics. Matt was very easy to deal with and was always happy answer any questions I had. Once I had decided which bike I wanted to proceed with, the bike was then delivered to me by Llyod who was also a credit to the team. Llyod gave me all the advise and information on the bike that I needed which was really helpful as this was my first bike. I will certainly be using these guys again in the future.
