Best gift!!!

We just love the mug!! It’s beyond expectations. It’s beautiful. We are so happy with it . Now the time it took to get to us was unacceptable. It was really expensive to ship one mug to us USA ( calif) . No tracking was available for the mug. It cost us in mailing as much as the mug itself . And we were concerned it would not get it . But we did and my daughter thinks it was the best Christmas gift she got. So was it worth it. ?? Yes just be patient !!!

Great Quality and design

I placed an order at end of November…

I placed an order at end of November and was expecting it at least 5 days later but never received?
I had to phone to find out where got to and customer assistant filled out a form, then advised I would get it 10th December but still never got delivery?
Then get an email after that from Evri telling me they would be returning my order to warehouse. I never had that before placed an order with Emma Bridgewater, no attempted delivery made to my address and instead of getting what I ordered in schedule delivery time Evri send it back to the Company? Disappointed customer. Won't ordering again from Emma Bridgewater until they go back to using DPD.

I love Emma Bridgewater wine glasses


I absolutely love my new Emma Bridgewater small wine glasses — they’re beautiful and great quality. The only criticism I have is around the advertising. The Black Friday promotion showed photos of two wine glasses alongside a decanter, which led me to believe the decanter was included. In hindsight, I realise I didn’t read the description closely enough, so that part is on me, but the imagery was a little misleading. I was disappointed when only the wine glasses arrived. Overall, I’m very happy with the glasses themselves.

Cream pot

I have a lot of Bridgewater Pottery which is all fine, however I purchased a cream enamel pot recently at full price from Biscester. I have only ever hand washed it and followed all the instructions. Today the black lettering has started to leak. The lid has chipped and it seems to be rusty around the screw, for the lid, on the inside - either I have a faulty one or it’s just terrible quality. I usually use Le Cruset which I never have these problems with. I have contacted Customer Services but no response.

One of the mugs I ordered arrived perfectly but the second one which is a gift arrived smashed and I’ve tried emailing customer services but the emails keep bouncing back!

I was disappointed that one of the mugs…

I was disappointed that one of the mugs was chipped. I messaged customer services and they were good enough to quickly send me a replacement and did not require chipped mug to be returned. I did try to phone but the phone line was not working, just silent.
