I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Emirates Visa Express.

I applied for a 14-day Dubai tourist visa and was charged USD 220 per application, which is far above the standard rate. Only after payment did I realize this was not the official Emirates site, and the visa was specifically tied to Emirates Airline — something that was not clearly stated upfront.

I contacted their team immediately to cancel and requested a full refund. So far, I have not received proper resolution or acknowledgment.

This feels misleading and overpriced. I strongly advise others to double-check before using this service. Better to apply directly through the airline you’re flying with or an official UAE visa portal to avoid unnecessary charges.

applied for a visa through Emirates Express Visa five weeks ago. I paid the required fee of £160.05 and provided all the necessary documents and information as requested. Since then, I have not received the visa, and the company has stopped responding to my emails and WhatsApp messages (contact number: +971 55 653 6926).

Their lack of communication and failure to deliver the service I paid for has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I now believe this company is not legitimate and has defrauded me.

These people are scammers. avoid them at all cost or else you'll get burned like i did. They took my money and stopped communicating with me.

Very quickly give me feedback in 3 hours and issue me new emergency VISA in 4 hours. The service is very fluent and reliable. I love the efficiency and timesaving: )

What a shit customer service! I applied for my visa recently and they were supposed to complete the process in 3 days. It’s now been a week and they just simply seenzone you or don’t reply at all on all their channels. I literally have all the screenshots and you sorta have to beg them to give you an update. Honestly it’s disrespectful and AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.
