The service was impeccable
The service was impeccable. I reached out via WhatsApp for urgent express Visa for Dubai at 6pm on a Saturday; I did a quick instant application online, then easy secure online payment. Throughout there was clear communication via WhatsApp. From submission until I had the Visa on WhatsApp was only 3hours. We had zero issues and passed successfully through Passport control in Dubai. It was expensive though. Very impressed by the efficiency and trustworthiness.

SCAMMERS
Everything is wrong about this site. I applied for the visa for my husband it was meant to be getting the visa withing 2-3 days. It's now the 5 days but I have not yet received the visa.
Despite texting them on WhatsApp several times just to get an update no reply
I have also emailed them and no reply.
submitted query tracking my visa process and again no response.
I am left frustrated that there is no form of contacts.

Everything is wrong about this site. I applied for the visa for my husband on 06/03/2025 was meant to be getting the visa withing 2-3 days. It's now the 3rd day but I have not yet received the visa.
Despite texting them on WhatsApp several times just to get an update, all I got was just a "Hi" and that's after many many messages.
I have also emailed them and no reply. submitted query tracking my visa process and again no response.
I am left frustrated that there is no form of contacts. although I saw many bad reviews I still trusted them and made the application thinking few bad reviews does not necessarily mean the site is bad.
I also understand that the process may take a little longer than 2-3 days however, there should always be transparency and clear communication because this shows how professional a company is. even if I finally managed to get the visa I would strongly advise you all not to use this service please as you will be left in a limbo. I am unable to book my holiday now because I am not at all certain if I will get the visa or not. Dishonesty as such will not take anyone far in life. Stay Away because this maybe a SCAM.
