Trying to sell a business during a catastrophic pandemic is not for the faint-hearted so they definitely proved their worth. I have used this office on 2 occasions now & on both occasions first class service from Keith & Ann they are both 100% honest reliable and caring to the sellers but also to the buyers
First Keith comes gives you a honest price for your bussiness to sell it not just to have it in the office for months then Ann comes on board with very honest feed back of veiwings and offers

EM&F Group sold my Post Office for me when I was beginning to believe that it couldn't be sold.
The current team organised many viewers over a period of 18 months and were very diligent in chasing them up for offers afterwards. Customer service was spot on, I had regular contact from them by phone and e-mail, and questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. They felt more like friends than business acquaintances.
They obtained the best possible sale price during a period of great uncertainty for businesses. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I was initially signed up with someone else but they retired so David took over from them. He was very helpful in explaining things to me when I didn't know what it meant. I have never met him due to Covid but he is a nice and friendly and helpful man. In the end I ended up selling to a developer. He guided me through every step of the process. Thank you. I personally think the fees are a little high though.

Straight forward dealings with EMF from start to finish. Business put on the market, good comms, and the business sale completed July 2021 now time to dig out the golf clubs!
