I like the idia meet new people online, also is good the reputacion. You can call, chat or grup chat thats cool. But whats bad is when you call or chat 1on1 sometime it give some autoskip and give you random person

Y a plein de trucs qui manquent : par exemple on ne peut pas appeler un ami en appel vidéo. Il n'y a que le message qui fonctionne. En plus de ça y a même pas un bouton "back"

The user interface for the site is amazing, compared to many other random chat sites. A clear effort has been made to enhance user experience. Also it functions extremely well, with connectivity and barely any lagging.

From a customer service side, I find that the agents (particularly Michelle) is very helpful in resolving any issues.

I just hope it gets more users as it's clearly the best random video chat site out there.

I was pleasantly surprised and grateful to the team on Emerald Chat, especially the agent called Michelle, when I came up against a problem . They did not solve my problem which was my own fault but, boy, did they try to resolve it. Michelle was extremely helpful courteous and respectful throughout the time we spent trying to resolve the problem of my own making.
I am highly impressed with the agent Michelle and all the team. I would highly recommend the customer service team of Emerald chat as they surpassed my expectations. Keep up the great work Emerald Chat.

Emerald chat is a great way to meet new people and spend some time when bored. The interface is very user friendly and there are a variety of people you can meet. But what really impressed me about Emerald chat is their amazing support team! I had to contact their support team for a billing issue and Michelle (thank you again!) not only handled my request in a timely manner but also checked with me multiple times during to process to update and reassure me! If every support agent is half as good and friendly as Michelle is, then I can confidently say that Emerald chat hit a gold mine with their hirings. Thank you again for all your help Michelle and the Emerald chat support team.

Generous guidance from carrying customer support made my day, and then I was able to make other people's day.

I've tried many times now that some messages doesn't get sent. It makes it really hard to have a chat with someone, when many messages doesn't get sent. And it seems like they block messages with random words. You can't write words like "snap" or "insta", so it makes it even harder to move your conversation to a place that doesn't restrict or block messages.

It's a great site for meeting different people across different countries. I have talked to a lot of good strangers here, though some were not. You just need to be cautious since it's a common thing for sites and apps like this, but it's good that they have moderators.

Literally got a 1 day ban for nothing (multiple spam attempts) while i was just chatting with random people. Also they offered me to pay 4 bucks to lift the ban immediatelly that means people that actually should be banned like pedos can just pay and do it again.

Currently, I'm using Emerald Chat and it has been fantastic so far! I read somewhere that they have been acquired and there are new developers working on the platform. I've met new friends from around the world, especially during COVID. Unlike other platforms, Emerald doesn't have annoying bots or endless recaptcha challenges. While there may always be people misusing the platform, I've never encountered any problems when reporting someone. The support team is very responsive, and the moderators are extremely helpful. I'm really glad that they have human moderators because in this AI-driven world, nothing beats the personal touch. Overall, I'm genuinely having a great time!
