I emailed for info re some cut/die printed soap packages. Our first ever order.
Got a reply same day.
Shawn Smith became out contact and he was amazing.
Answered every subsequent ask for info/clarification etc...worked with us on design...consulted on paper options...worked into the night...etc etc.
...and once I ordered, the turn around time was 12 days! to our door.

Made the impossible!
So as a small business I was looking for someplace to have my boxes made with cardboard inserts to keep things separate.
Several other companies told me what I was looking for was impossible and that no one could make them. Turns out Emenac can make them and I will honestly be a client for life now.
Justin, if you are reading this, you are one of the best people I have dealt with in the past 2 years.

I dealt with Jay, who always answered my messages promptly and kindly guided me throughout the entire process. There are no hidden fees- everything includes shipping, tax, etc. Very affordable, superior quality and fast shipping. The texture of the boxes is exactly what I had in mind.
