i had to have the design redone a few times due to the person changing their minds and it was done with no problem and very fast. Actually I was surprised how fast it was return to me. Great, fast service. I requested several color and size changes and they were very easy to work with and so quick!

Requested a design be digitized and got it back the same day. Had a minor adjustment, but they tweaked it perfectly. Will definitely use their digitizing service again.

Happy with the way it stitched out. The largest one was too large for my machine. A thicker outside border would have been nice.
