1. The turn around time is inaccurate I would’ve ordered somewhere else had I known
2. The photo they sent “approval” had bad lighting so I had to wait to confirm it was correct color you would think if they’re sending a photo for approval that they would make sure the colors are even not shadows causing a different look which then caused a longer hold on the product print added 2 extra days delay
3. They use USPS so my order even though had 12 days to get here in time will not. By the time order arrives the client it was for won’t be at that location. I had to deal with USPS myself USPS messed up because it’ll be 2 days before I hear back from embroideryinc. They should use UPS not USPS.
4. Buy somewhere else , I’ll update it if I ever get my order if USPS finds it.

I’ve bought hats from a few other companies in the past and the hats I’ve received from Embroidery Inc. have been the best so far! I’ll definitely be using them for future orders. The quality they offer has been great! Beautiful product. You can tell that they care about their customers.

The Embroidery team was able to help me with a large order (50 polos) on short notice and assisted with expedited shipping to ensure the shirts arrived on the date the customer needed them. Great experience working with the team.

Everything came out great and as expected

Post office delivered package to the wrong house. Instead of helping to resolve the issue you pushed all the responsibility on to me and then chose to ignore me when I told you if you wouldn't help I would get the bank involved. I'll also be given you a similar review across all outlets online so others will know how poor your customer service department is.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys. I have a pretty complex logo, and they are able to make it happen in multiple form factors and sizes, no problems at all. They send me a proof of an actual product, I'm welcome to make ticky-tack comments like "adjust the kerning" - and they are always accommodating. So many of these print vendors are really unfriendly to small businesses, but NOT Embroidery Inc. The finished product looks SO good. I absolutely love them.

The first initial interaction was great. But once I was asking to do a different style embroidery they haven't got back to me in almost A month now I sent them my images for a different style of embroidery and I still haven't heard back i've emailed them several times and no response I feel like they're just in it for the $60 setup fee

My wife and I designed a new logo and wanted it on a hat. The process is very easy. The product was a very high-quality and we are super happy with it.

Love the embroidery work- 99% of what I wanted. And the 1% it's not, I should have asked for. The hat quality is good, but hard to know what you're getting online without knowing the model/brand.
I would definitely buy again.

The part that impressed me the most was that Marcus from Embroidery Inc called me on the phone to tell me that I did not approve the graphics/mock up yet after noticing my comment that I needed the hats in a rush. Had actually read my comments and was trying to help me meet my deadline. I thought I had completed the approval but I didn't complete the final step. Had Marcus not reached out, I likely wouldn't have met my deadline. On top of Marcus saving the day, the hats were excellent. Good quality and great looking. I'd recommend Embroidery Inc. I'll buy from them again. I'll try not to need Marcus next time. ;)
