NOT a Canada based company! They outsource their work from Pakistan!
Expect to receive a surprise invoice for import fees. They are not transparent and no where does it say the work is done in Pakistan or there are important fees. We received an unexpected Fedex invoice saying we were late in paying the fees. We were never advised by Embroidered Patches!! Plus calling to tell them this is completely wrong, they play ignorant and don’t do anything to take ownership of their scaming business. On top of that, the patch was too small.

i have ordered two times from this company, and both times the process was simple and the products are pretty much exactly what i was expecting.

The patch design I requested came out exactly like I wanted. Customer service was quick and also recommended alternative methods of sewing in order to get the best result. Would definitely order from this company again!

Communication was amazing. Thomas was so great to correspond with. The attention to detail and the finished product was 100% what we wanted and will definitely use this company next time we need patches made for our league.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Found a CDN company (which they are not). Called and talked with Jack, made a deal for 2000 patches in 2 week timeline, sent my image, got a proof, sent payment. That's where problems started. Every proof after that was completely wrong colours. I asked why and was repeatedly told some nonsense. After a week, time was running out so I wanted to cancel. They then miraculously figured out their printing issues. I asked for and was granted a refund. Next day someone else told me I couldn't cancel because they already started printing, and also there was no way they could ever have made the 2 week delivery that was originally agreed on. I accepted an order of 500 with a refund of the difference. Order came 2 months later, from Pakistan. Emailed, phoned, talked to several other people about refund and was always told it had been initiated, or had to go through accounting or management, or some other lie. Never got called back. NEVER got my refund of $2100. They don't return emails or messages. They don't care about legal action because they don't have a CDN address and BBB can't even help. This has now been over a year and I wish to help other people not go thru this ordeal. STAY AWAY!!!

Fantastic turn around. We had a design concept, the team put together a proof and we were rolling from concept to product delivery in less than their estimated time. We will be using them moving forward with other projects.

The stitching is clear and clean perfectly capturing our pattern and the quality is exceptional the hues were vivid and consistent with our brand. Their customer service was outstanding and the entire procedure was straightforward the patches look great on our uniforms and came on schedule. We are pleased to support a genuinely trustworthy Canadian business.

We are really happy that we ordered personalized patches for our volunteer group. The quality is outstanding the colors are vibrant the stitching is immaculate, and they held up well through washing. The group provided quickly and was helpful. Highly recommended!

Nightmare. Approval process was unclear, workmanship was awful, they didn’t really even try. When I wanted changes and or my money back the website stopped working, emails went dead and no one answers the phone anymore. Either defunct or a scam

We have no regrets about ordering bespoke jersey patches for our beer league team from Embroidered Patches Canada. The stitching was neat, the color popped just the way we wanted them to, and they help up well against several beer spills in the locker room the true test. Their team quickly and without attitude repaired our first order after we made a mistake. Other team are now inquiring as to where we obtained them. Well done!

I recently received my personalized patches from Embroidered Patches Canada, and I adore them. Very simple to order, excellent quality and prompt delivery. Ideal for my volunteer group; we surely place additional orders.

While this company seems to be based in Canada, the patches are made in Pakistan. Not a big issue, unless you want to buy Canadian products.
Despite that, the response we marvelous, communications was rapid and timely. I like that they ask for approval at every step - at one point, they sought confirmation of my approval since there was a need to produce the badges larger than what I ordered to ensure the badges showed all the artistic details of the submitted image - they wanted to make sure, I was ok with this free-of-charge change.
Production and delivery was rapid. The badges are of high quality and look exactly like the image I supplied.
Some of the terms used on the order form are not clear if you do not know the industry, but I am confident, they would have answered any questions I would have asked - I just didn’t.

Do not buy from them. It’s been almost a month and still didn’t receive my order and they don’t want to refund me. There are not in Canada and don’t have a supplier in Canada Toronto. It’s a scam. Beware while making your payment.

The embroidered patches I ordered came back and exceeded my expectations. Very crisp detail - almost photographic.

But what really impressed me - persuaded me to move from four stars to five - was the personable service of Jack - the customer service rep who helped sort out a shipping issue. Embroidered Patches Canada (and Jack!) have made a fan of me!

Ordered custom keychains for myself and my classmates, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I'd give a 10/10 for the quality, and the delivery was also right on time. My friends also loved theirs. Overall, fantastic experience! 🙌🏻

Communication with company was great to start. I ordered a couple hundred patches for an event we were hosting, they agreed to my timeline, and I signed off on the proof.
Communication became spare. They asked for a second timeline and I extended my deadline by 2 days. The original deadline date passed and the company kept promising me tracking info, but never sent the details. My extended deadline also passed, and then the event passed, all without the patches. They eventually arrived, and then the tracking information arrived the next day. It turns out that on the day it was originally due to be delivered, my order was still in Pakistan. I wish i had had this information at the time so i could have planned my event details accordingly. I have no need for 200 patches now that the event is over. The company refused to refund my money. After a long back and forth, they agreed to refund 25%, leaving me holding the bag for the remaining 75% of costs and 200 unusable patches.

Price was good, never waited more than 24h for answers (often within 2 hours), efficient design team, patches delivered on time, very satisfied of the result.

Please note however that even with a .CA and a rather "canadian design" website, this business is not located in Canada. I tought I was encourageing a Canadian business. This is the only reason I took off 1 star.
