Kept me informed from reminding to book, confirmation of my booking, reminder the day before, message when the engineer was on the way plus ability to track his journey progress. Also full explanation of what he had done and report emailed within 15 minutes

Contactless Quality
Lots of updates and reminders of the appointment. Update on arrival time and the engineer was exactly on time. Pleasant, respectful tradesman who told us of a non-critical issue and explained what it meant to us. Proof of service was emailed to us within 5 minutes for an excellent contactless experience.

Excellent service, great engineer’s personality.
Excellent service arrived on time and appeared to service a lot more key points than had occurred in previous years. It certainly appeared 'good value for money'.
Cannot fault the engineer’s personality and work ethic.

The engineer who called was polite,and took care about covering the work tops before carrying out any work,it was left nice and tidy when he finished and gave a good explanation on the condition of the boiler.Thank you.

Embassy Gas boiler service
The whole process from booking a service to the service visit was easy and professionally done. Craig arrived on time, was polite and even told us our old boiler was good for a few more years at least. Very impressed.

Very impressed

i was kept informed of the time the engineer would arrive and he was bang on time. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. He completed the job efficiently and cleared up after the work thoroughly. An excellent job completed by a very pleasant and efficient technician. Thank you.
