Do not buy from this company.. their pictures are not worth your money. I received my wig today and w could have bought better from a Halloween store

I viewed a video on your website regarding a wig I wished to purchase. I now realise the woman on the video did not resemble in any way the shabby poor quality wig I paid for and received today. She clearly was displaying her own hair and not what you said you were going to send to me . I’m so upset and angry that I was taken in by your obviously fake photogragh.
I’m a pensioner and £ 75 of my money means a lot to me. The wig I received today looks like a Halloween cheap wig .,Your description said dark roots I can see the webbing very clearly..,U would be so embarrassed to wear this .

We received the wrong product

We received the wrong product, nothing like we ordered. The company said we could send it back at our expense for a refund. Since it was a foreign shipment it would have cost us $40 + to return. They sent us the wrong product and seem unwilling to make it right. It’s not that we did not like what we ordered. We did not get what we ordered

Wig Delivery

I was having trouble with the designated shipper and never received my wig. Vanessa was my customer service rep, and after numerous tries to redeliver, she kindly and with no recriminations refunded me what I paid for the wig. Vanessa's help was priceless.

Terrible wig

The wig I got was nothing like the one I got. I sent a complaint to them, to be told they would give me 15% of the price back. I declined as I wanted full refund. Every time I sent a email, I got the same reply.
