Nicht mal ein Stern wert Absolut enttäuschend! Der Mantel entspricht überhaupt nicht den Produktbildern. Trotz Fotos und mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme verweigert der Shop die vollständige Rückerstattung. Auch kein rückversand wird angenommen Stattdessen werden nur 10–20 % angeboten. Kein kundenfreundlicher Umgang! Ich kann Elyana & Co definitiv nicht empfehlen. Vorsicht bei einer Bestellung!
I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I ordered a jacket that took over three weeks to arrive, and the quality is absolutely unacceptable. The jacket looks nothing like the photos on the website. To make matters worse, the customer service is appalling. They have been completely unhelpful and are refusing to give me a refund, despite the product not matching what was advertised. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this website to anyone. Think twice before ordering from this site.
Kundenservice Katastrophal. Drei Jacken bestellt alle leider sehr schlechte Qualität . Über Wochen mit dem Kundenservice geschrieben und keinen Retourencode erhalten. Trotz Rückgaberecht etc, antworten von denen aus dauern mehrere Tage, sodass schnell 30 Tage um sind und somit das Rückgaberecht weg ist. Einfach nur frech.
Absolute Katastrophe! Lieferzeiten von über 3 Wochen. Und die Rücksendung funktioniert überhaupt nicht! Bekomme lediglich einen Rabatt von 20% angeboten. Die Ware ist absoluter Billig-Schrott! Nie wieder!!!

Very disappointing customer service – Unfair return policy
I had a very disappointing experience with Elyana & Co. I ordered several items from two separate orders and contacted customer service within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period to return the items that did not suit me.
However, I was told that I could only receive a maximum refund of 20% because the items were discounted. I find this unfair and unacceptable, as a company’s terms and conditions should not override mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law.
My issue remains unresolved, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. I recommend carefully checking the return policy before ordering. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Delivery is a disatser. They say 5-7 business days which is a lie. i‘ve been waiting for almost 14 days. they say they answer in 24 hours which is also a lie. i wrote them 3 emails for the first one i had to wait 2-3 days for a answer and for the other ones none at all. very poor customer service.
Het e-mailadress op de website klopt niet. ik wou namelijk de 2 jurken die ik had besteld terugsturen. Er stond geen adres zodat k het pakketje kon retourneren. Ook geen telefoonnummer die k kon bereiken. Ik heb meerdere mailtjes gestuurd naar het bedrijf en heb tot heden nog steeds geen antwoord. Ik raad niemand aan om hier te bestellen.
