I came across this company several months ago. It's veteran owned +, excellent quality bedding and furniture+, reasonable price +. Had a issue with a topper, contacted the company and I had a new topper in less than a week + + was able to keep the defective one. Great customer service
I bought a mattress pad from them 5 yrs ago that we loved, so we purchased 2 more recently with no hesitation. Unfortunately, this time around was not positive. I made the purchase online without any problems and our pads arrived quickly. I found a couple tears on the top of one of the pads. Also, it barely covered our mattress. Because of the poor fit, the corners of the pad come off the mattress most nights while tossing and turning (which we both do). The other pad is okay. I contacted the company by email for their warranty on quality related issues. After getting no response after one week, I sent another email. I gave them the benefit of the doubt in case my original email didn't go through correctly because tech issues can happen. So, after another week of not getting a response to either emails, I figured it was doubtfully a tech glitch. I then called their customer service phone number. My call went to an answering machine saying something along the lines of they were sorry they couldn't take my call at the moment and I was to state my name, email address, phone number, order number and the reason for my call and they would get back to me soon. I did that. Now it's been almost another week and still no response. I'm definitely thinking I'm being ignored and I'm getting a bit miffed that I'll be out that money if I don't get a new pad to replace the defective one they sent me.
I purchased a mattress pad based on ratings that was supposedly cooling. It was not at all (in fact made me much warmer) so I requested a return. ELuxury charged me a 10% reduction in my refund for the return. Nowhere is this information listed on their website! Do no buy from this unethical company!
Don’t advertise an item without the ability to deliver the goods.
The mattress itself is good, but the cover recently got torn while moving and I asked if they had replacement covers to buy and they suggested I BUY A NEW MATTRESS. Uh, no thanks. I've suggested the company in the past to friends/family getting mattresses, but won't anymore.
Ordered a headboard and footboard from eLuxury via Houzz. The product was not high quality so I requested to start the return policy. Allegedly no fuss 30 day policy advertised on their website until you read the fine print. . I was informed that I was responsible for the shipping cost. Ridiculously high cost. Makes more sense for me to sell privately. I will NEVER make that mistake again. I am done with eLuxury and Houzz.
I paced an order with eLuxury and made several inquiries regarding the status of my order and after two months of hearing nothing from their customer service and still not having received my items, I wrote a bad review on their site which they refused to publish, but I did finally get a response from their customer service dept. and they finally gave me a full refund. I am thankful for the refund, but because of their unresponsivness and only responding when I submitted a negative review, I would caution anyone thinking of doing business with them.
After not receiving my order I contacted them and was told the item was sold out and they would credit me back. However searching their website they have the item I ordered but for a higher price.

eLuxury Supply is my go to for all my family's bedding needs. I have ordered mattress pads and toppers for all my beds and not a one has disappointed my family. I just replaced some of my pillows with new ones from eLuxury, and my neck is appreciating the good nights sleep I am getting. I, also, have one of their cotton beach towels which holds up to many washings. Along with offering top of the line products, eLuxury extends top-notch service to its customers. Ease of ordering, swift processing of orders and shipment and friendly staff members keep me coming back for more products.
