Har købt et almindeligt USB 2 stik i Flensborg. Virker ikke. Køber aldrig mere noget fra dette firma.

The office seems to be OK. But the delivery person who should deliver parcels at Tompazi in Thessaloniki (546 44) is the worst. He always leaves a "Notification of attempted delivery" while I am at home. All the Time. I work remote 100%.

There are a few flats outside the main building and he simply is too lazy to or call or go there. While this information is mentioned at the address.

I filed an official complaint with the Hellenic Telecommunications & Post Commission. This person should do his job or get fired.

I lost many packages due to him and also will file, from now on, a Police conduct every time I lose a package due to his incompetence.

I moved to Greece in 2024.

AliExpress ships the parcel faster than ELTA delivers.

They never bother to deliver the parcel just send text message to pick it up.

Greek postal service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I liked how quickly Elta rectified their mistake and got my package delivered safely to me. Thank you Elta Rhodes.

I ordered something from AliExpress and for the last 4 days my package is out for delivery ...literally in the same town where I live...Over the time I used dozens of other courier companies...but this one is by far the worst one. I don't understand why companies are still using ELTA as their courier.

Stay away from theStay away from ELTA at all costs. They constantly mark deliveries as “failed attempts” even when no one actually came to the address. Then you’re forced to waste hours trying to reach them by phone just to find out where you’re supposed to go and pick up your package yourself — assuming they haven’t lost it already.m

Every time my mother has to send me a package,they make it so difficult ven saying they are bored to listen to her.Also ask for e-mail and internet of het if she doesn’t want to pay for track and trace cause it’s useless,not insured and arrived after 9-10 days!Horrible women working there without feeling like helling people!

Η αποστολή αφορούσε πολύ σημαντικό έγγραφο (διαβατήριο) με επείγουσα παράδοση. Υπήρχε ειδική σήμανση ότι πρέπει να παραδοθεί χέρι με χέρι στην πρεσβεία, η οποία βρίσκεται σε εύκολα προσβάσιμο και γνωστό σημείο.
Η παράδοση υποτίθεται ότι θα γινόταν μέσα σε 3 ημέρες, αλλά μετά από 2 εβδομάδες το διαβατήριο δεν είχε παραδοθεί.

Στη συνέχεια ο ντελιβερας στη Θεσσαλονίκη δεν παρέδωσε το διαβατήριο και εδώ και 4 ημέρες δεν γνωρίζουμε πού βρίσκεται. Συνολικά έχουν περάσει σχεδόν 3 εβδομάδες χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση.

Στο κατάστημα της ELTA Courier μάς είπαν ότι δεν γνωρίζουν τίποτα και δεν φέρουν ευθύνη, ενώ κανονικά έπρεπε να παραδώσουν το έγγραφο στον ντελιβερα για σωστή παράδοση.
Επίσης δεν ήθελαν να μας δώσουν τηλέφωνο του καταστήματος στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Όταν τελικά πήραμε τον αριθμό, κανείς δεν απαντά στις κλήσεις και μας αγνοούν.

Πρόκειται για πολύ σοβαρό έγγραφο και αυτή η κατάσταση μοιάζει με απώλεια ή ακόμα και κλοπή διαβατηρίου.
Η συμπεριφορά αυτή είναι απαράδεκτη και δείχνει πλήρη έλλειψη ευθύνης.

Elta courier ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει στην περιοχή Μοιρών …. Αυθάδης κ καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί..,

Three days in a row my parcel was marked “Out for delivery” and nobody showed up. I was at home every time.
The system even says “Addressee requested later delivery”, which is simply not true — I never requested that.

No one answers the phone or their E-mail (gmail address btw..), and customer support is unreachable. This delivery was urgent for my work, and the repeated failed attempts caused real problems for me.

Completely unreliable service and zero communication. I would not trust this courier with anything time-sensitive.

Αντιεπαγγελματισμός, ανικανότητα, αναξιοπιστία, μηδενική ανάληψη ευθυνών, σταθερή απογοήτευση, καμμία συνέπεια.

Σε οποιοδήποτε σοβαρό κράτος όλοι τους θα ήταν άνεργοι, στην Ινδία της Ευρώπης όμως πληρώνονται για να ξύνονται εν ώρα εργασίας μέχρι να ματώσουν.

Probably the worst company to send something....The correspondence is shown at the airport and they customer service (sic) says that it is in US....

I’ve had enough. Customer support was blunt and rude, and they never call when “attempting” delivery — I honestly doubt they even tried.
This package is medicine — urgent and critical — and the stress they caused is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had serious issues with Elta Courier, and it will absolutely be the last.
I don’t understand why they’re still running despite repeated failures and complaints. Awful service.

My package from Ali-express has never been delivered and more over have been returned to the sender. No notification from Elta , nothing, nada , que dalle, Tipota.
I gave my workplace address on purpose, open 24/24 , 7/7 and 365/365. Elta can't argue the delivery was impossible even if technically i was not present.
i've been hopefully refunded.
The item was 180 euros and is now 330 , i guess Elta is going to pay the difference if i order it again ;)

ELTA COURIER. THE worst courier!!! They never deliver and ALWAYS use the same lame excuse that they didn't find anyone to deliver the package and that I have to go and pick it up from their store. It's supposed to be a paid service of delivering goods in the given address but ELTA COURIER doesn't seem to grasp this concept!!!!!

Delays for deliveries within the same city, blatant rudeness, and zero customer service not even the most basic option for personal pickup when a parcel sits rotting at the sorting center for days.
You ask for “ways to improve”? Here’s the only one that makes sense:
Close it down. Permanently.

Maybe the worst postal service globally. A domestic item takes 40+ days to be delivered and a letter or parcel from abroad 2-3 months (if it’s not lost or stolen in transit). Most of their offices closed down recently and no one in Greece trusts or uses ELTA anymore. Gave 1 star because minus 5 is not available. Avoid at any cost!

Μακράν η χειρότερη ταχυδρομική. μετά από σχεδόν ένα μήνα δεν έχει παραδοθεί δέμα εντός ελλάδας. καλώ για να ρωτήσω και με βάζουν σε αναμονή 3ωρες.

Η χειρότερη εταιρεία μεταφορών. Δεν απαντάνε σε κανένα εμαιλ και σε κανένα τηλέφωνο. Ζητήσαμε ταχυμεταφορά με την σημανση Α προτεραιότητα και συστημενο. Μας χρεωσαν για την υπηρεσία και δεκα μερες ο φακελος παρεμεινε στο καταστημα παροτι ζητησαμε τον φακελο οσο πιο συντομα γινεται. Για τις επιστολές με ταχυμεταφορα λενε οτι το εγγραφο παει εντος 2-3 ημερών εχουν ηδη περασει δεκα μερες 6 εργασιμες παροτι ηταν γιορτες και μόλις ειδα οτι το πακετο εφυγε απο το κατάστημα μετα απο δεκα μερες. Προσπαθησα παρα πολλες φορες να τους καλεσω τηλεφωνικα και εχω στειλει 3 email και δενε χω λαβει καμια απαντηση. Να προσθεσω οτι η σελιδα elta tracking δεν δουλευε για 2 μερες που αυτο το κανει ακόμα χειρότερο. Αληθεια η χειρότερη εταιρεία που εχω χρησιμοποιήσει. RE553320022GR
