I asked Elsie if she could dispatch my card asap and not only did she reply on a Sunday evening she dispatched my beautiful personalised card the next day and it arrived well before expected date!

Excellent cards backed up by reliable customer service that honors the promises made. My order did not arrive as expected, no-one was answering the phones & I was worried. I e-mailed and received an almost immediate response that was honest, responsive, helpful, and very apologetic. I DID receive my order in time for the intended occasion and the look & quality were both top notch. Problems happen, it’s how the company responds when they happen that matters. This is my 2nd time using this company, I wasn’t dissapointed despite the delay & I won’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

This is not the first time I have bought a card from Elsie’s Luxury Cards. Every time I have been impressed with the quality and prompt arrival and that is why I am a returning customer because I haven’t found anyone to beat them.

Very well made/good quality Christening cards and to top it all of, we ordered two cards with the names having special characters in them and to my surprise they arrived the way we’ve written those names down. 10/10
Delivery was also very quick, the cards arrived in less than 48 hours after placing the order.
All in all a very good experience ordering from Elsie’s Luxury Cards, would 100% recommend.
