I had a house alarm installed in my new home, and Jamie and Tony were brilliant from start to finish. They came out the same day I contacted them to provide a quote and arrived exactly on time.

They took the time to explain the alarm system thoroughly and how everything would work. They also gave me great advice on how many contact sensors and PIRs I should have. We even discussed their camera equipment, which I’m really interested in getting in the near future.

Once we’d agreed on an installation date, Jamie set everything up for me, including giving me access to the app. As I don’t yet have internet in my new home, he even provided a one month SIM card trial so I could still use the app on my mobile phone.

They did an amazing job, everything was tidy, neat, and professionally installed. They were incredibly efficient and worked brilliantly as a team. On top of that, they’re genuinely lovely people and such a great laugh!

One of the main reasons I chose to contact Elron Security was after reading about their Ajax alarm system. Traditional alarm systems often come with bulky batteries, and I was worried about where I’d hide one in my new home. The Ajax system is so much smarter, sleek, modern, and discreet, without compromising on security. It was exactly what I was looking for.

So after having my cameras fitted i decided that i would go back to elron security for a ajax doirbell and ajax superior alarm as they did a fantastic job on my cameras, tony and jamie arrived on time and did a fantastic job once again with no mess, i have a tentbox classic 2 on my vehicle permantly as i have no where to store it and it weighs so heavy to be taking it off and on, ive had some sleepless nights over this as they are getting stolenn regulary, hence the cameras what tony and jamie explained to me about an extra shock sensor for the alarm made my day, basically the extra shocker sits inside your tentbox and if its nudged or tilted after arming, the street siren from the house alarm is activated which will get the whole street out and no one would attempt to steal it, this is a bonus knowing i have my home protected and now my vehicle and tentbox and now i can sleep easy , great edition to anyone with a roof tent, thankyou tony and jamie for all the work you have done for me, i would recommend elron security to anyone out there, they are the best

Enquired at a number of businesses regard having cameras fitted at my property. Tony and Jamie gave the best advice and were really helpful so decided to use them and very glad I did. They were professional and friendly from start to finish. I was apprehensive about the fitting and they both made me feel at ease throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish of the installation, the experience was positive. Everything about installing the equipment was explained clearly and we were able to understand what we needed to know. We would recommend Elron 100%.
