First of all, the model in the picture is a very good one, you rend 10 years before. The models of today have less luxury and outside oldfashend closeings.

The RV allowed us to make a fantastic 20-day trip through the US, but unfortunately the condition of the vehicle was below what we expected. The RV clearly showed its age and, importantly, it could have been much cleaner when we picked it up. We expected to start our holiday with a properly cleaned and prepared vehicle, but unfortunately that was not the case. During our trip we also experienced several technical and maintenance issues. Some parts were damaged or temporarily repaired, several appliances did not work properly, and unfortunately we also had an issue with the awning coming down while our children were sitting underneath it. Thankfully nobody was hurt, but this was obviously not something we expected to experience. We were also surprised by the amount of rattling and noise inside the RV while driving. We understand that some of this may simply be part of travelling in this type of motorhome, but as first-time RV travellers we were not prepared for it. We paid a significant amount of money for this trip, and for that price level we expected a cleaner, better maintained vehicle with fewer defects. Despite these issues, we still had a fantastic family trip and really enjoyed travelling through the US by RV. The concept itself is great, but based purely on the quality and condition of this particular RV, we expected more for the money we paid.

This is not El Monte RV's fault but this model (Coachman Pursuit) is the most cheaply built RV I have ever seen. This driver's area is especially uncomfortable with no conveniences and is loud. I recommend bringing earplugs for the driving part.

One of the best RV rental experiences I’ve had for attending Camp EDC in Las Vegas. The entire staff was amazing, but the MVPs staff Skip, Nikita, and Lei truly went above and beyond with top-notch customer service. Professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Au-delà de cela, le camping-car présentait de nombreux problèmes : placards qui fermaient mal, détecteur/incendie sans pile qui s’est décroché et nous est tombé dessus pendant que nous roulions, ainsi que plusieurs petits dysfonctionnements qui ont rendu le voyage moins agréable et ont créé un vrai sentiment d’insécurité.

We ran into a few minor issues—it was an older model that was starting to show its age. The passenger shade would occasionally fall off, and some window handles were loose or came off. The circuit breaker also tripped fairly often when using the self-leveling system, so adding troubleshooting instructions for that would be helpful. You might also consider providing spare keys for the cargo hatches. That said, the helpline was excellent—I believe I spoke with Carlos, and he was a big help.

These are 30 ft. Smaller side of most class A but was comfortable for 4 people. 2 in the bedroom, one above cab, one on fold out couch. Good amount of storage. Bath shower kitchen were decent. Extra fees add up, 5 day trip with all extra insurance doubled cost to about $2000. Not terrible, not the lowest cost, would expect everything to work for that price but refrigerator didn’t work, delayed the trip and lost a day, making a 5 day trip to 4.

The slideouts provide the space necessary for a comfortable stay. I like that the shower has room as well. The fridge and cabinets also provide ample space to provide good storage for food and snacks to keep the family well fed.
