It was first time to rented a RV. A new experience to hade a vacation. Wake up in the nature was great. We meet a lot of nice people in this two weeks. The RV was perfect for us. The size was good enough for us.

De camper zag er netjes verzorgd uit. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig of kun je bijhuren. Kitchen en personal kit waren redelijk compleet. Geen plastic servies en degelijke pannen. Een snijplank ontbreekt wel. Op vragen die we hadden werd snel geantwoord. Het personeel ter plekke was vriendelijk.
Rondom Newark/ Jersey is de verkeerssituatie niet makkelijk. We hebben hierdoor regelmatig afslagen gemist.
Optie unlimited toll raden wij niet aan. Met een camper ga je als het even kan juist niet op de tolwegen rijden. Dan is $20 per dag voor de gehele huurperiode erg veel.
We hebben de El Monte C25 camper gehuurd via een tussenpersoon in Nederland. Deze is gebruikt door 2 en een gedeelte van de periode 3 personen. Met meer personen lijkt mij wat krap.

Great service at both check-in in orlando and check-out in New Jersey.

The teams´s dedication from rental to on-the-road assistance and delivery is exceptional. The rental vehicle me expectations.

This was our first RV rental. We drove to Disney with our two kids and the trip took about 18-19 hours each way. Although we got a little car sick (most RVs are bumpy and there's not much you can do about that), we managed to power through it, utilizing the front seats. It beat having to deal with flight cancellations, TSA shortages and weather delays.

Renting an also RV gave unique options regarding places to stay. We found a beach side camp site that was the perfect ending to our vacation.

The RV was easy to manage (as far as controls, waste management and water management). Driving the RV wasn't too bad. Although we chose the Large model, we quickly settled into driving it comfortably.

With regards to the working with the dealer... we had a wonderful experience with the Linden location. Each representative was cordial, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Since this was our first time renting an RV and renting a large vehicle like this, we decided to visit the dealer a couple times prior to pickup. They allowed us to tour the models so that we felt more comfortable. They also thoroughly explained operating the RV, which was also appreciated.

Once issue we faced was that we wanted to travel in early March. This was challenging because the fleet is usually winterized because of the water lines, etc. We weren't sure what mother nature would throw at us but the dealership was able to prep the camper so that we only had to fill the water when we got to the warmer states. We appreciated that.

I cannot say enough good things about the people who work at the Linden office. I would highly recommend this location as well as renting an RV in general! It has been one of the best vacations I have ever had just because of the freedom it provides.

Rv were maintained well and the staff is very helpful. rented multiple times and never an issue.

This was our first time RVing and what a great experience. It allowed for the driver to rest while the other driver took the road. The kids were happy with the table for games and refrigerator stacked with our food. We went in the winter so we did have to make a few stops, but it worked out. My mother said we will not travel any other way now. I haven't driven to Alabama in years, but I just might do it again. El Monte, you will see us again. Thanks again to the team for answering all our questions and preparing us for the trip.
