I would give a zero start if I can. I have bought three items from that website. When I receive them, they were all not the one I ordered, wrong colour, type and size and quality really bad and absolutely not worth any money,and doesn't look like on the website. I am trying to get my refund, they are offering me 30%refund for their mistakes as they sent me not what I ordered, anyway quality is bad so I want them. They are asking me to send this to warehouse in Asia on my expenses. Avoid them, it's a scam, there are advertising as a shop from Dublin,not mentioning about Asia

Paid €40 for a dress that was reduced from €70.
It finally arrived after 23 days.
OMG the state of it...so cheap looking, crap material and poorly made.
Would expect this from Shein!
Do not buy anything from this company.

Hey everyone, they are not legit.
They claim to have a physical store in Ireland — they don’t. I bought one item and it didn’t fit. When I asked to return it, they told me I had to ship it to China at my own expense, which was never mentioned on their website at the time.

When I pointed that out, they silently updated their return policy to include the China address — after I complained. Extremely dishonest.

They later promised a refund as a “gesture of goodwill” and asked me to remove my public comments. I waited over a month, and no refund ever came. Meanwhile, I'm now being charged customs fees for the returned item, because they initially gave me the wrong return address.

Their customer service has gone silent, and it's been over two months of trying to resolve this.

Avoid them at all costs — this is not a trustworthy business.

I would give no stars if possible. There is no store in Cork. The false store address Harbour Centre, listing opening hours is deliberately misleading. Goods are shipped from Asia, of exceptionally poor quality. I attempted to cancel the order within a few hours of placing it and requested a refund but was informed that this was not possible and I could return if I did not like the product (Shoes). Shipping is not covered for this. If there was a genuine store in Ireland I would have no problem with covering the postage myself, but the cost of returning is prohibitive. The shoes were listed as originally €175, also misleading as it implies a certain quality. I note that the same shoes are on sale under other brand names eg Kali. This online enterprise implies it is based in Ireland which would mean it was obliged to follow consumer laws here meaning consumers would be protected. They are trading outside of these protections. Avoid, avoid, avoid !!!!

I bought sandals that were 50% off in Ella Cork's supposed "closing down sale".
Original price was €99.99 down to €49.99, described as orthopedic sandals so I expected them to be of decent quality for the price.

They were shipped from China, not Cork, and when they arrived I was shocked at the quality.

They were cheap plastic and a dreadful fit and boy was I disappointed and felt a mug for being conned into believing they were genuine company who were closing down and retiring.

I have since seen the same sandals on Amazon for €16.99 which is about all they are worth.

Be warned, they are not a genuine shop.

This is a scam do not purchase. The shop does not exist in Cork.

I’ve not used this site but I see multiple red flags. I can find no reviews online or any Irish ‘paper’ trail online yet it claims the discounts are due to closing down and retiring. There are no contact details other than an email address and it says “Harbour shopping centre, Cork” at bottom of site to lure us into believing it’s an actual shop in Cork. This shopping centre does not exist. At best this is false advertising and I suspect worse.
