i'm very nervous, haven't done this for long time. And I pray I did it properly this time. Its my friends 91st birthday. And I am 90.
Not as easy to do thing as they used to.

While perfection is unattainable, this platform demonstrates acceptable functionality.
To summarize my feedback, the user experience is positive due to the site's ease of use and straightforward setup. However, I recommend enhancing the card animation to simulate a more realistic, hands-on experience, potentially by incorporating a flip-page effect instead of redirecting to a separate page. Additionally, improving email deliverability by utilizing a more reputable email service provider would mitigate issues such as emails ending up in spam folders.

A Classy gift
It was so easy to customize my friend's card with Ellacards user friendly website. My very nice personalized card arrived promptly in a digital envelope, which then slowly opened with my customized details. A classy gift!

Wonderful cards and now the ‘Link” is even better!
Your cards are wonderful and fun to send to friends and family!!
I particularly like the photo template and so I can personalize the card and bring them a fun memory.
The fact we can now send it by a link in an email is fantastic! Too many times they didn’t get the regular delivered card because it went to their spam.

I think there may be some confusion here as you can add personal messages to our cards. You can add text, photos, videos, GIFs, emoji, gift cards, and more across multiple pages. We would be happy to show you how to add a message if you reach out to us!

We are sorry if you felt that our cards should have been free. We do not advertise as free on our site so perhaps you mistook us for a different company? Having said that we do charge for our products because it is costly to provide a top quality card and invitation service. Free sites will generally be low quality and share / sell your personal data and that of your recipients. Something we do not do. We do offer subscriptions which lower the cost per card considerably if you plan on sending more than a few a year. You can always feel free to reach out to us to discuss.

Beware
Beware. They advertise this: "This card has already been sent. If you add new recipients, we'll send them the card right away."
No, they don't - you have to make a new card and pay again.

We do not require buying another card to send an already purchased card to new recipients. You can simply add the new recipients to your ordered card and they will receive it immediately. We are not sure what happened in your case but we did see that you had purchased a duplicate card and refunded that purchase within a day of you reaching out to us as it was not necessary.
