la somme à été débitée le jour même. Le 4/05/2026 ma commande est au statut non traitée ; je n'ai pas de nouvelles de votre part... Je déplore ce manque de sérieux de votre enseigne. Je souhaiterais être informée rapidement de la suite que vous comptez donner à cette affaire.

Elizabeth Arden-à fuir....

j'ai passé une commande le 28 mars pour deux baumes à lévres eight hours; j'ai reçu un gros colis le 10 avril qui comportait les deux échantillons gratuits....et rien d'autre! aucune trace des produits commandés!! je précise en outre que vous ne recevez aucune information concernant le statut de la commande sur le site, il est impossible de suivre facilement le colis avec un numéro, obligation d'installer une application Shop sur le portable: en soi c'est déjà incroyable qu'on soit obligé de recourir à ce process quand sur tous les autres sites vous commandez, êtes livrés dans la semaine avec en plus une information régulière sur l'état de traitement de votre commande,là ce n'est pas le cas...suite à ma mésaventure, J'ai donc envoyé un e-mail au service client le 10 avril qui m'a indique avoir demandé un nouvel envoi, que je devais recevoir dans les 3 à 4 jours ouvrables (information du 10 avril)...aujourd'hui toujours rien, nous sommes le 21 avril: aucune information sur de leur part et sur le site il est indiqué commande non traitée; évidemment le montant correspondant à la commande a été débité...je suis stupéfaite par le manque de sérieux de cette enseigne que je pensais de qualité. pour l'instant, j'ai plus le sentiment d'avoir été volée, par le site officiel qui plus est.....autant acheter le produit chez marionnaud ou autre....

BEWARE Predatory behavior from online store

Predatory behavior from the Elizabeth Arden online store for NZ. They're automatically adding a product to your cart for $66. Even when removed from the cart, by the time you for to check out... BOOM added back again! Raised wirh support, they're claiming it's not an issue. Be very very careful with this website!! UPDATE. 3 x email exchanges with screenshots later and the issue is still not resolved. Very sarcastic responses from customer service and still 0 result. I have given up. It should not be this hard to make a simple purchase without being ripped off!!!

Allergic reaction from Lift and Firm Eye Cream

I have had an allergic reaction around my eyes after using the Lift and Firm Eye Cream. It is burning me and all red. I can’t believe such an expensive cream can give these types of allergic reactions. I don’t have the ticket any more. I also have a night cream which didn’t feel right last night. Test the creams before buying them, if you can. If not, don’t buy them. We should be able to test them beforehand. Also don’t think because they are expensive will be good for us all.

My Daughter bought me an Elizabeth…

My Daughter bought me an Elizabeth Arden Gift set for Christmas as I have in the past always been a fan of the Eight Hour skin protector cream.When I opened my Present to use a few days later I noticed that the Eight hour protector cream was not in there and I had 2 hand creams instead. My Daughter rang them to say and was met with extremely rude customer service and told no they would not be replacing it but admitted it was their fault but would not replace the hand cream for a skin protector cream.Such a great shame that your customer service is so diabolical,as it has now put myself and my daughter off ordering anything from you in future.Your sad loss of a customer

They are the worst I spoke to a customer service person name Katherine . I never got my product I call so many time stated they will send e mail- noting , the supervisor will call -never.shame on you all crooks.don’t buy nothing from these nasty people.

I'd have more success painting my lips with red Smarties; now that works!

I bought the Precision Glide Lip Liner (Ballet Blush) and practically erased my lips in their entirety trying to get a colour, any colour, on them. It is absolutely, disgracefully, a very dry, harsh, brittle pencil with no colour. I tried applying onto my hands, got friction burns and nothing else. I tried dampening it, got wet skin and nothing. I'd have more success painting my lips with red Smarties; now that works!

Customer Service is a code word for BOTS which typifies the state of online purchasing now, as does the operation of these companies that don't have the morality to produce quality.

It would be productive if Trust Pilot could introduce the option of ZERO STARS for these reviews.

Extremely disappointed with Elizabeth Arden!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Elizabeth Arden. The product I ordered was mis-shipped, and despite this clear error, I was denied both a refund and any meaningful resolution. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for an item that never arrived, yet the company has taken no responsibility for correcting the mistake.

This experience has severely damaged my trust in Elizabeth Arden. Failing to deliver a paid product and refusing to rectify the issue is not only unprofessional but feels deceptive. Based on this incident, I can no longer consider Elizabeth Arden a reliable or trustworthy brand.

Excellent Customer Service!
I received my order and the box had been damaged in transit, leading to teo small items being lost.
I emailed and explained the situation and received an email within minutes apologising and offering a replacement or refund. Really great service, thank you Cristina.

OLOR EFIMERO

Normalmente compro la colonia Green Tea de Elizabeth Arden, pues me encanta el olor y llevo años comprándola.
Sin embargo, en la última compra, he notado que el olor no dura nada. En un cuarto de hora, se ha esfumado.
Me siento muy decepcionada a la vez que apenada, pues, para una colonia que me encanta (tengo un olfato muy fino, y no puedo soportar cualquier aroma), resulta que es inútil la compra.
He oído que últimamente, cada vez las colonias duran menos. Imagino que es una estrategia de marketing para que la gente compre más, sin embargo, en mi caso al menos, han conseguido lo contrario. Es inútil la compra, porque no te va a durar nada el olor.
Una pena

Compré un agua floral de Elizabeth…

Compré un agua floral de Elizabeth Arden que la sacaron este año y cuando la pruebo a pesar de que huele genial, el tiempo que dura es mínimo, se va enseguida el olor, no es normal que vendan un tipo de colonias que no duren nada por el precio que se pagó.

Pulverizador que se atasca

Me regalan un perdume, en este caso white tea. Cuando le queda mucho perfume se atasca el pulverizador, me pongo en contacto con la marca y, supuestamente, me lo arreglan, eso sí, llevando yo el frasco. Pues me vuelve a fallar y, esta vez ya no lo llevo, no vuelvo a comprar nada de esta marca.

I've purchased Elizabeth Arden Green Tea original lotion for several years now, and my recent experiences have been offensive. Without any label changes, Elizabeth Arden has altered Francis Kurkdjian's lovely signature scent into a spice bomb disaster. Kurkdjian's signature formula presented a clean, creamy citrus top note. This new concoction is a slap in the face not only to Kurkdjian's expertise as a perfumer but also a slap in the nose to the countless customers who have cherished his signature scent for decades. You will lose so many loyal fans of this once-lovely lotion, Elizabeth Arden. Change it back, or at least have the decency to print the formula change somewhere. You aren't fooling anyone, because this new formula is redolent of scented toilet paper from the 1970s.

Placed an order that was supposed to come with a free foundation brush - foundation came with no brush (after a long delay) I called and emailed several times with no response for over a wk.
Customer service were so rude and accused me that the item showed it had been packed. I provided the packing slip showing that it did NOT and she eventually offhandedly said I’ll post you one. It never arrived and nobody has returned my communication’s since.
I will NEVER trust your company again! You will now lose more than a makeup brush in my sales! Not good Elizabeth Arden!

Don't buy from the UK website

Don't buy from them. They were hopeless and didn't care. I ordered in February, then returned the order unused, a few days later, using the downloaded shipping label specified by Elizabeth Arden UK.

They didn't refund it. It was £75, so not a small amount. I had to contact them, by e-mail, in late April asking what had happened to the refund and attaching a picture of the proof of posting given to me by the Post Office when I returned the package. All extra work for me. Who needs that?

Did they apologise for not refunding the £75 and wasting my time? Did they heck! I got an e-mail saying, "we have now started the refund process". I wonder why they didn't do this when they received the return. Probably hoping that people won't notice.

In short, I don't trust them now and would never order from them again. Shocking service for a big brand owned by Revlon. They only get two starts rather than one because they did eventually give me my money back.

Superb service

After finding the cream I wanted was told it had been split from a double pack! However,Susanne solved the problem professionally & efficiently.Was great to find such a great service in a world of 'no staff' & 'no sorry,cant help'WELL DONE SUSANNE....restored my faith!!
