I strongly advise against ELITE ISTAMBUL HAIR TRANSPLANT!
The result of the transplant is very poor. They waste grafts, cheat, and lie!

My complaints against Elite Istanbul Hair Transplant:

1. 4800 grafts were harvested but only about 2600 were transplanted. What happened to the rest—nobody knows! They wasted about 2200 of my grafts forever!

2. A hairline like a doll's, very artificial, hairs lined up like soldiers in a row, as if drawn with a ruler

3. Low transplant density, large gaps.

4. On one side at the end of the hairline, the follicles were implanted at an unnatural angle and stick out compared to the rest of the original hair next to them. Interestingly, they did it right on the other side.

5. An atmosphere of rush in the clinic, everyone was in a big hurry, it felt like they just wanted to check me off so they could go home

Ad1) Wasted donor material: According to my precise calculations based on photos, 4,800 grafts were harvested from my donor area, whereas only about 2,600 were transplanted.

Three independent trichologists in Poland confirmed to me based on photos taken immediately after the transplant and a trichometer examination that the declared number was physically not implemented into the recipient area. They estimated the number of transplanted
grafts to be about half of what the clinic claimed.

One trichologist measured how many cm2 my recipient area has. It came out to 58-60cm. He divided 4,500 grafts by60cm, which gives 75 grafts per cm2. It is visible to the naked eye that there aren't that many grafts.
Furthermore, if they had transplanted 75 grafts per cm2, it would be
against medical practice, as such high density risks destroying the skin's blood vessels and even causing skin necrosis.

Unrealistic procedure time: The graft insertion phase lasted only 2 hours. Properly and densely implanting over 4500 grafts in this amount of time is physically impossible. The visual result confirms this – the density is low. The whole procedure, including consultation and
marking the hairline, blood test, harvesting grafts, lunch, and
implanting grafts, took 5.5 hours, of which the implantation stage took only 2 hours. Two ladies were working. In other clinics, 4500 grafts are transplanted much longer. That says a lot.

Hiding documentation: In response to my complaint, the clinic hides behind their "own" issued certificate, which confirms the amount of 4500 transplanted grafts. But they are the ones issuing this certificate, so they can write any number they want there. It is not a reliable document.
When I finally begged for it, they sent me photos from the operating room as medical documentation in deliberately lowered resolution (800x600 / 800x450) to prevent counting the grafts.
They cannot prove the declared 4,500 grafts in any way, they avoid this topic and claim that "surely that much was done." Generally, it is impossible to have a substantive conversation with them.

Ad2) Ignored agreements: During the consultation, I showed photos of what kind of hairline I wanted, and what kind I didn't want. They gave me exactly the one I didn't want. It looks artificial, ugly, unnatural. I look like a doll.

Ad4) When my hair is cut short, you can see that the hair on one side was implanted at too sharp an angle, and it looks unnatural. Next to it is the original hair, which is at a different angle. A botched job!

The clinic offered me a free correction of the hairline and density, but after these adventures, I don't believe they will do it right and won't waste more of my grafts. I have lost trust in this clinic and in Meditravel. I am not crazy.

I will have the hairline correction to a natural look and the density improvement done at another clinic. In a year, I will post a comparative video here showing the results and the approach of both clinics.

I have already started legal proceedings through a Polish-Turkish lawyer for compensation. Once concluded, I will also inform about the results here.

I had the transplant on February 24, 2025.

I had recently a hair transplant at this clinic(98% free of pain) its outstanding experience from start to finish.
I was very welcomed by everyone in the clinic and they were amazingly helpful in all my concerns, I really felt nervous in the beginning because I had phobia from surgeries, but they made it easy for me, by giving me deep sedation I went to a deep sleep felt nothing during the local anesthesia after that I woke up feeling no pain at all , after that I would like to thank Mr. LATIF the main coordinator for my hair transplant and he made sure that I feel comfortable in each stage of the hair transplant thanks a ton Mr. Latif he was always doing his calls during my hair transplant to make sure that if feel comfortable during the hair transplant

Elit İstanbul’dan saç ektirdim ve deneyimim tamamen hayal kırıklığı oldu. Saç ekimi hiç doğal görünmüyor ve bir yıl geçmesine rağmen sonuç hâlâ tatmin edici değil.

İşlem sonrası, sanki yeterince kazık yememişim gibi, bana 375 €’ya bir bakım seti satmaya çalıştılar. Kampanya fiyatı 1.250 € olmasına rağmen bana 1.500 € ödetildi. Bu tamamen şeffaflıktan uzak ve kabul edilemez bir durum.

Nazik ve düzenli bir destek süreci de yoktu. Sorularıma yanıt alamadım ve ekim sonrası bakım neredeyse hiç sağlanmadı. Dürüstlük ve şeffaflık eksikliği, yüksek ücret ödediğim bir hizmet için kabul edilemez.

Sonuç olarak, bu klinikten kesinlikle memnun kalmadım. Başkalarının da aynı hayal kırıklığını yaşamaması için, Elit İstanbul’dan hizmet almayı düşünen herkese çok dikkatli olmalarını tavsiye ediyorum.

I had a hair transplant at Elit Istanbul, and my experience was a complete disappointment. The transplant does not look natural at all, and even after a year, the results are still unsatisfactory.

After the procedure, as if the high cost wasn’t enough, they tried to sell me a aftercare kit for €375. The campaign price was €1,250, yet I ended up paying €1,500. This is completely unfair and lacks transparency.

The aftercare and support were extremely poor. My questions went unanswered and post-transplant care was almost nonexistent. A lack of honesty and transparency is unacceptable for such an expensive procedure.

In conclusion, I am extremely dissatisfied with this clinic. To prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment, I strongly advise anyone considering Elit Istanbul to be very cautious.

This is completely false and misleading. I feel scammed and the lack of honesty and transparency is unacceptable.

However this clinic claimed they implanted 4,150 grafts.

I visited Elite Istanbul Hair and Dental Clinic in September 2025.
My guide/translator was Latif — very easy to communicate with and he answered all my questions.

My hair transplant went very well. I received 5400 grafts. It took a long time, but I am very happy with the result.
The full procedure day took about 12 hours, including check-ups and one break.
I hate needles, and the injections in the head were painful for about one minute — not because of the needle, but because of the anesthetic fluid. The rest of the procedure was not painful.
Sometimes the anesthetic stopped working, but you can always ask for more. In my case it was needed because the surgery was long.

The aftercare kit is amazing. I hesitated to buy it, but I’m so happy that I did. It helped me recover faster, made everything more comfortable and reduced the itching.
I would also really recommend bringing a mist water spray bottle to use on the donor area for skin relaxation.
Only a mist bottle — not a regular water sprayer!
It feels great and helps a lot.

Tip: bring 3 shirts with front buttons, and use them until the end of the recovery days.
It makes life so much easier during the first 10 days after the surgery.
I didn’t bring one because I thought I would buy it on the spot, but then I forgot and ended up sacrificing one normal shirt for the cause.

I also had several dental treatments: a root canal treatment and zirconium crowns on 6 teeth.

I stayed at The G Hotel, a 5-star hotel about 10–15 km from the clinic.

From A to Z everything was arranged exactly as we agreed in our WhatsApp messages.
I had a great experience and want to thank all the staff for their excellent work. Greetings from Netherlands
