So let's start the story.... Small bathroom, 3 walls , [4th they didn't touch ] big bill 8k.
I thought I paid for good quality but since work has been completed they came back to do floor again as there was massive water leak in the floor causing damage to floor in corridor and damaging ceiling downstairs. (Floor not fixed, ceiling fixed) one year since they finished and now extra bill to put everything properly . No water pressure (been told welsh watter issue and complained to them 4 times no issue found from welsh water) looking for another few k to spend to fix it , extraction fan gone after 6months , silicon keeps comming off , shower is falling apart (fittted twice and now needs replacing ) . Been told after 1st complain that person who started my bathroom was not qualified and no experience lol. They came back to fix everything but things started getting worse... decided to take someone else to put everything as it should but after spending ££££ still needs more repairs... check reviews and make decision before choosing them.

Not had a work experience with the company however, I don’t need one. Just driving along and one of their vehicles almost just crashed into us causing us to have to take an abrupt swerve onto the grass alongside the roundabout to avoid being crashed into. Absolutely terrible, I don’t need an experience personally with the company to know that I will never use them.

They missed a part of my wall when insulating my house. It was behind a water butt. No one consulted me and asked me about moving the butt and in November while investigating damp in the semi basement I found an area that had not been insulated. The company
refused to believe me. And refuse to fix it.

I had this product fitted about 5 years ago. The fitting was very good and professional. However, over the past year I have noticed a number of dents in the rendered surface. Last year a visitor knocked a bin into the wall and dented the external wall insulation. Even though it was a relatively small dent ERS wanted to charge me £360 to fix it. I could not afford this and thought the cost was excessive. They then told me that I could not do the repair myself as this might invalidate my guarantee. Furthermore I had to use a builder who they deemed to be certified. After months of hassle, where Trading Standards and The Ombudsman were involved, I was eventually informed that I could get a local builder to do the repair. Then, to make things worse, today my bin was blown against the wall and another dent was caused in the render. ERS were of little help and were more concerned to know who I had used to repair the dent that occurred last year, once again citing the possibility of me invalidating my guarantee. I would not recommend this product or this firm to anyone based on my experience.
