Elite boxing has a friendly and competitive atmosphere, with fighters and coaches all trying to get the best out of one another.
After only attending for a handful of weeks I feel extremely comfortable at elite and have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far.

Had a problem with my lower back and had a sports massage at elite sorted my problem out. Would highly recommend if you have any sports injury. No pain no gain

I would recommend this gym to anyone. The coaches are really knowledgable and approachable. I’ve only been going a couple weeks but have enjoyed each class, the coaches will push you but it is 100% worth it. I’ve walked out of every class with steam coming from me, the classes are compact but it means the coaches can give more attention to each boxer. Equipment is good and they’ve got everything you need

I have an incredible experience at this boxing gym every session! The trainers are not only highly skilled but also incredibly passionate about what they do. They create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and eager to learn.

To say elite is 5* is an understatement, this place is just life changing. When I first booked on I only made it to the steps then cancelled at the last minute as I felt I couldn’t do it. My confidence was rock bottom, I was extremely overweight and didn’t really see things getting any better. Elite reassured me that everything would be ok. I finally built up my confidence to get past the steps and enter the fantastic boxing gym that is elite. With my size and fitness I was worried I wouldn’t fit in but the instructors at elite were brilliant, there was no judgement whatsoever. They show you how to modify your exercises to get the total benefit from the session. Before I knew it my weight was tumbling and my confidence was flying. This place is a game changer! Get booked in!

I was visiting Bolton and needed to get some work in, I went to Elite for a stand alone 1 hour session. I was made to feel very welcome right from when I arrived. There was no attitude or suspicion from anyone else training in the gym. It was a very structured, well paced session and my coach was very experienced and approachable. Fighters were grouped by experience and ability and it seems that if you are training here regularly there is a clear route of progression. Elite is clearly an efficiently run operation but this doesn’t diminish it’s character and charm. I will go again when I’m back in town.

Our 8 year old son has been coming since August 2023, his confidence and drive to listen and learn has improved so much.
All the trainers are very encouraging and supportive when teaching skills to all the leaners.
I definitely recommend bringing your kids, whatever age to come and join in and gain new friends, learn new skills and improve their fitness.

We’ll these are like my second family they look out for me chat to me all the time and each and everyone who works there has got to know me on a personal level and I have respect for everyone who works and trains there it’s a proper family feeling gym and the coaches are like your daft uncles it’s a mint environment to train and I love it my life’s up and down but elite help me stay levelled out 👍

This is the best gym in Bolton, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I had some time away from training due to an injury in work and was nervous about getting back into training again. All the team have helped me back into it, I can’t thank them all enough!

I was nervous at first as I wasn’t confident in my fitness. I got a 1-1 session and I surprised myself if I’m honest. Instructor was excellent and really helped me push myself. Looking forward to continue my journey!

I initially went for a tester session at Elite and had a one to one with Sam who i found to be friendly knowledgeable and an asset to the gym. I now go twice a week. Elite gives you the ability to fit sessions into any busy schedule due to the many different time slots you can book. Everyone makes you feel welcome and all the coaches have a wealth of knowledge and their coaching style is friendly, supportive but they will push you to be the best version of yourself every session.

Overall the instructors have a great teaching style, the equipment available is top notch. I’ve booked in for a lot more lessons.

My son was involved in a serious car accident which left him with a traumatic brain injury in april 2022 after taking him to Thailand for rehabilitation. We needed to find a gym in Bolton that would help us with continuing rehabilitation. He suffers from short-term memory loss, coordination and balance. After having a few taster sessions in a few other gyms we came to Elite not only did elite care for his special-needs. They made him feel special and part of the team. He has now come on his own for a few sessions and feels completely at home,his balance coordination speed strength has all increased. He also has started to remember sone of the excersizes he has been taught and is doing things himself. Creating new pathways in his brain , Thanks for the help of all the team at Elite I could not thank them enough. I would recommend this team Above & Beyond anyone else in Bolton.. proper gym and more importantly the right team

Doing 121 sessions in preparation for a fight and the guys there are brilliant, know everything needed and help as much as they can, can’t recommend them enough!

Elite by name elite by nature! This gym has everything you need! If you’re looking for fitness or challenging yourself to progress a little further, this gym will be perfect! Friendly and supportive environment and it really is like being part of one big family! Everyone has everyone’s best interest at heart! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great boxing club. New to boxing and have really enjoyed all the sessions I have attended. Learnt a lot and great for general fitness

Fantastic gym with a great atmosphere with people of all ages training. All coaches were happy enough to have a chat, I had Gaz in my first session, top lad who clearly knows his stuff, he showed a legitimate interest to help us improve and you can tell he loves what he does. I’ll be going twice a week and can’t wait to get back in there! Id recommend Elite to anyone after only one session!
