Very poor customer service.
After waiting weeks beyond the advertised delivery time, I contacted support for an update. I was told the item was out of stock and offered a refund. The very next day, the company admitted the information was wrong and said the item was already in transit.
Long delays are frustrating, but receiving contradictory information is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a company to know whether an order is out of stock or already on its way.
This experience revealed a serious lack of communication, organization, and professionalism. I would not buy from Elite Wrestling again.

Very disappointing quality.

I bought these knee pads specifically for wrestling, but after just one use, most of the inner support material had already started coming apart. After washing them, almost all of the adhesive came off.

The silicone padding inside is no longer secured and moves around, and the hard plastic-like outer support also came loose and started coming out because it was not properly bonded.

It’s a shame because the materials themselves actually seem quite good, but the construction and durability are terrible. These are supposed to be knee pads for intense sports like wrestling, yet they couldn’t even withstand one use and one wash.

Unfortunately, they are not fit for purpose. I would not recommend them.

Op 18 augustus een shirt besteld en ruim een maand later nog steeds niets ontvangen.

Volgens Elite Wrestling is een “customs clearance code” nodig om het naar Nederland te verzenden. Voor zover wij kunnen nagaan gaat het daarbij om een PCCC voor particuliere import in o.a. Zuid-Korea, óf een HS-/goederencode die door de verzender wordt opgegeven.

Op onze mails wordt steeds snel gereageerd, maar helaas krijgen we geen antwoord op de vraag welke code wij als Nederlandse particulier dan precies zouden moeten aanleveren. Zo komen we niet verder en het shirt wordt nog steeds niet verzonden. Erg frustrerend.

I love using elite bands to pair with training. Best way to start or end practice.

there was a slight issue at the customs of my country, and it arrived a few days later then expected. But the customer service was very helpful and supportive. Overall had a great experience, awesome quality, and will def order soon again!

Complete scam. Never received my package, customer support doesn’t respond…

I placed an order with Elite Wrestling under the clear promise of “FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE” displayed on their website without any conditions. After being charged for shipping, I contacted their support team and even provided screenshots of the policy.

Their response?

“Our standard policy does offer free shipping worldwide for orders over $100. However, after checking your order, the total amount was $58.64, which is below the $100 threshold. That’s why a shipping fee was applied.”

This condition was never stated on the site at the time of purchase. What should have been a quick fix turned into nearly a week of delays and vague responses. Instead of resolving the issue, they stalled and escalated internally—yet still no refund.

To make matters worse, they later changed the wording on their site and acted like the original promise never existed. Fortunately, I have screencaps proving it.

This experience shows a lack of transparency and professionalism. If you value honesty and timely service, think twice before ordering.
