ELITE GREENHOUSES LIMITED Recensioni

Love my elite high eaves greenhouse. Just be aware that the delivery time was really quite long and communication a bit confusing as part from the retailer and part from Elite. Instructions were great, once I got my head round them. There weren’t enough of the small nuts / bolts but fortunately I had some from previous greenhouse. One piece of glass was incorrect but when I phoned Elite a replacement was sent by 24 hour courier. Now it’s finished the greenhouse looks great and I feel it looks very upmarket with the optional finials and edge capping. The optional opening skylights work well but instructions for these were a bit confusing. Overall very pleased and looks a lot more expensive than it was.

It was really easy to order online the greenhouse that I wanted. I had to wait several weeks for delivery as I wanted the green one.
I absolutely love my greenhouse. My husband and I put it together over 3-4 days with a little help from my grandson.
It looks amazing and is really good quality.

We were really pleased with the delivery and the quality of the greenhouse to include ‘the racking inside.
The instructions for assembly were ok but a bit confusing, however went on YouTube to watch videos and a successful build. After shopping around it was definitely good value for the quality. The racking inside finishes the overall look.

Fiddly and frustrating to assemble. Some parts of the instructions are also difficult / confusing to follow. Either buy another another product or get them to assemble if you don't have patience.

Delivery driver was spot on arrival on time and put for getting the parts no problem

Excellent quality greenhouse for a reasonable price. I’m very pleased with the finished results.
The only thing that needs to be improved are the instructions. There was a section missing which was needed for the built in base which had to be emailed to me separately once I realised it was missing. Also the instructions generally need to be reviewed as they are incorrect when making reference to the number of bolts needed to be slipped into the rails for later construction. I spent a lot of time taking them out again as they weren’t needed and made me short for the remainder of the construction.

Really happy with the greenhouse. It looks great in the willow colour. We paid for a person to erect it for us, which took all the stress away. We had two layers of bricks built, which the greenhouse sits on, so the door needed to be dropped. What was really helpful is that we were always able to speak to an expert from the manufacturer, who was able to guide us on what was needed, and help with some additions we wanted. These greenhouses are manufactured in this country, and I’d really recommend them.

We bought an Elite Streamline greenhouse which has been erected today and looks great. But whatever you do don't try to build it yourself as the instructions are appalling. There are Youtube videos that make the assembly instructions a bit easier but you shouldn't have to do that. In the end we gave up and called Elite for contact details of recommended erectors. The guys came this morning and were finished by lunchtime for a very reasonable price, paid them direct which is the best way. I would have given this product 5 stars were it not for the instructions. Now complete, arguments, swearing and divorce avoided. No shortages thank goodness. The manual says to notify any shortages within 7 days, which is ridiculous and is probably at odds with the Sale of Goods Act.

Great greenhouse. Arrived within the advised delivery period. Courier who delivered the greenhouse was first rate - most helpful, charming, polite and friendly. Amazing service. Thank you.

Extremely pleased with my greenhouse. Really robust and well engineered. I opted for the safety glass which enables the use of full length plastic fittings to secure glass in position.
After sales service is also first class. I would definatly recommend Elite greenhouses.

We are really pleased with our greenhouse. It was delivered on the day they said it would be, well-packed and complete. The instructions were very comprehensive, easy to follow, and the quality of the materials was excellent. The various fixings and framework were bagged/boxed into logical groups, which helped with the construction. We opted for the toughened glass, capping and crested ridging in the dark green finish. Although these were additional cost items, it was well worth it as the finish looks excellent. If you can only afford one of the extras, I would recommend the capping, as it really finishes it off. We also qualified for a free automatic opening window actuator, which we probably wouldn't have purchased, but it has been an excellent addition during this summer's hot spell, so really pleased we have it. Overall, the service and quality have been excellent.

A really good robust greenhouse, good value, well designed and easy to assemble with comprehensive, clear instructions. This is the second time we have bought an Elite greenhouse as we were so pleased with the one at our previous house.
Customer support is really good if you need it. I needed to modify the eaves drainage to suit my installation & they were excellent in providing advice and parts for this. My first port of call if I ever need another greenhouse: highly recommended

Great service and good delivery time, instructions good but because we had a powered coated finish some were a little confusing sticky labels would help but overall if you watch the video you should be ok and get friends to help makes it easier. Incredibly happy with the product 😊

Just love my little greenhouse, ordering was straight forward and not to long to wait. My husband put it together, took a wee while but we got there. I had a small space that I wanted to fit a greenhouse, but didn’t think I would find one small enough, but Elite had the perfect one. Love it so much.

We needed a greenhouse of a certain size, a bit off the standard units.
We searched and ELITE were the only company that could provide what we wanted.
We were really impressed with what you get for what you pay, base included etc.
If we were going to buy another greenhouse of any size, we would probably use ELITE without hesitation as the units are good.

I would of given them a 5 star rating, which is such a shame, as this was due to the finished ends/edges with burrs on the cut pieces, which were sharp and needed to be removed and smoothed up prior to building.

I have written to Elite on this subject, so hopefully they will have addressed the issue and noone else will face the same issue.

Apart from that, brilliant greenhouse, very pleased

Very good quality and precision engineered product. Instructions very detailed with photos. A couple of points in the construction where even more detail would have helped, but phone calls to Elite quickly sorted things.

I ordered a 10'x6' Craftsman with toughened glass and am very pleased with it. The all-aluminium construction is solid and well designed. Assembly is a 2 day job for one person, with an additional hand needed at some stages. I'm sure it would be quicker if you paid for assembly. Instructions were fine in my opinion, but it is a medium-high complexity job for a DIYer so be aware of that. Videos on Elite website were helpful. I ordered auto-openers for the vents, and a single side louvre, both of which were very worthwhile given the hot weather we've been having.

The delivery, service and quality of the greenhouse was excellent and many visitors have commented on the product.

Great product but detailed instructions very confusing apart from that top marks

Bought a Belmont 6x8 Greenhouse, slightly different sizing from the normal green powder coated with double doors and some extras including bar capping and automatic vent and louvers. Opted for self assembly and found assembly instructions need careful attention even with the pictures. Recommend the watching of the assembly videos several times which was fine as we were not in hurry to get the greenhouse assembled. Delivery time was OK as it was to go onto a solid base which gave enough time to get this ready. Made some small modifications to the door lock so the doors don't rattle in the wind when closed. Very pleased with the greenhouse, its looks good and is really solid.
