Excellent range of Lotus parts. I ordered a part which arrived promptly and well packaged, but with a scratch. Ian was extremely responsive with the communication and arranged a replacement which arrived extra fast delivery just one day later. Excellent customer service.
Ian is always willing to answer questions and help, even if he knows it will not lead to a sale, providing super helpful information to allow me to make the best decision for parts for my Elise.
This company is a god send for Lotus owners.
Jeg holder på å sette i stand en vanskjøtt Elise S1 som uten tvil har sett bedre dager. Har kjøpt mye deler gjennom Elise Parts og vært kjempe fornøyd med både leveringstid og kvalitet. Siste forsendelsen var toe link "bolten" for stor for hullet, selv om jeg kjøpte riktig type. Tok kontakt med Elise Parts, og etter et par e-post med bekreftelse fra meg at det gjaldt begge osv., så hadde de sjekket at jeg nå fikk riktig dimensjon og sendt avgårde med UPS. Har aldri vært borti så god service som dette! Kan virkelig ikke annet enn å skryte av denne leverandøren.

I'm in the process of restoring a neglected Elise S1 that has definitely seen better days. I've bought a lot of parts through Elise Parts and have been extremely happy with both the delivery times and the quality. In the latest shipment, the toe link bolt was too large for the hole, even though I had ordered the correct type. I got in touch with Elise Parts, and after a couple of emails confirming that the issue applied to both sides, they double-checked the dimensions and sent out the correct part via UPS. I've never experienced customer service this good! I really can't say enough positive things about this supplier.
