Return credit not honored
I have an owl ring that i like a lot. Ordered a couple more rings last fall which were too big in scale for my hand. I returned them for credit with her permission back in January 2023, but she gave me a credit code that didn't work, and hasn't responded to multiple requests for help. Am super frustrated- $207! It is now September 2023.

No response, no order fulfillment
I placed an order in mid December and have not received the jewelry or an update after several attempts to contact Elina.
I see now that others have the same problem.
I guess the next step is to contact paypal to reverse the payment.

Ordered a ring before the holidays
Ordered a ring before the holidays, almost a month now and no word on delivery. Emails are not returned and no one answers phone. Going to request my money back from cc company.

Perfect Service, Great Ring
Can confirm, this is legit. Ordered a ring and it came directly from Israel. The ring fit my finger perfectly, I really recommend getting a ring size measurer to be 100% sure you’re ordering the right size. The wait wasn’t too long either. Great quality ring.
I also want to add that I don’t really like jewelry. I wear a $5 necklace from a gift shop, and a bracelet I found 19 years ago. This was the first piece of jewelry that I actually showed interest in. I fell in love with a design and just had to buy it. Not going to lie, these can get very expensive, but thankfully the design I wanted came in a range of prices.
I’m definitely a satisfied customer. If a certain design every caught my attention again, I would consider buying something more. For now my wallet remains closed for a while!
