Good morning! You can log into your account and download any paperwork pertaining to your visit. You can also contact customer support and they would be happy to assist you.

They lied about refunding me.
I paid extra for them to do my state registration for me. They emailed back that they needed another form of residency proof when they did not, in addition to other unnecessary information. I completed the process myself quickly and easily with the materials they already had. Never got my money back for the extra "service", even after they supposedly refunded the fee for it as they informed me in their smug copy/paste response to this review. I did get my card quickly. It is now 07/10/2026 and I still have no refund for that fee. These people are liars.

In reviewing your account, our team requested an additional proof of residency because the address on the identification provided did not match the residency documentation submitted. In these situations, we are required to verify residency before we can complete the state registration process on a patient's behalf.
We understand that you were able to complete the state application yourself, and we're glad you received your card quickly. As a courtesy, we have refunded the additional service fee associated with the state registration assistance.

Elevate helps take the guess work out of getting a license. They can even do the application for the Arkansas card.

Having a very difficult time navigating this. I’m trying to pay the state fee, I’ve done everything else and I keep getting an error message. I paid extra for this process to be easier and it’s simply not.

The customer service people are great
The customer service people are great. I needed to call a couple of times with questions. They were polite, professional and most helpful. From the time that I saw the doctor to the time my state notified me that I was legal to go purchase medical marijuana was around 20 hours. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I highly recommend them.
