Do not buy anything from this store . My order was 48 dollars and they charged 62 dollars on my credit card . I have sent several emails asking to cancel my order and refund the incorrect amount they charged on my credit card and they have not responded . Avoid this company !

I placed an order for a screen mirroring adapter. It took a while for it to get delivered… almost a month. When it did I followed the instructions carefully and it would not work. I contacted customer service and they asked for pictures and a video of the issue which I sent. Then they sent me directions again. I told them I wanted a refund because it wasn’t working. I was told that they could give me $4 compensation to keep the product because “it was too expensive to return”. I told them the item was over $60 and $4 wouldn’t cut it. They then sent a reply for $7 compensation. When I said no and I wanted a return address I was told the was against this policy and they could offer me just the $7 as they couldn’t do a return.
Why would you say it was too expensive to return and when I would accept the pitiful compensation, I get told it is not returnable even though it is not working and obviously defective.
Do not order from this company unless you want to get scammed out of your money.

Avoid like the plague. Purchased the latest screen mirroring wireless car gadget and doesnt work. Have sent three emails to the support team and had no responses. Should be shut down and banned

Leurs produits ne fonctionnent pas et quand vous demandez un remboursement, ils bégayent et vous parlent de compensations. Au début 4 dollars. Ensuite 8 pour proposer enfin 12 dollars (quand le produit vous a coûté quasiment 50).
Ils refusent de respecter leur politique de retour alors que le produit est encore dans sa boite originale (boîte qui n’était même pas correctement scellée d’ailleurs, ce qui sous entend déjà utilisée).

I purchased a product for $37.88 from elegranitl.com. The item arrived but I wanted to return it – exactly as stated in their own return policy (returns within 45 days).

Instead of accepting the return, they refused to provide a return address and only offered me $3, later $6, then $9 “compensation.” Finally, they wrote that a refund is “not acceptable according to our rules.”

This is completely unacceptable and misleading. The product is still unused and in original packaging, so there is no reason for them to deny the return.

This company appears to be a dropshipping store operating from China, while presenting itself with a Florida address. Be very careful – they do not respect their own written policies.

I recently got this nifty gadget that combines charging on-the-go with a handy pet comb. The integration works surprisingly well for the cost. Super convenient for travel, and my furry buddy loves it too!

I ordered a product September 4th. After one month I started questioning Elegranitl and asked for a refund. They were not helpful. Kept telling me the order was in shipment and would not issue a refund. They sent me tracking info for a website called Tracking-hub.com which is listed as a scam web site. Its now been 8 weeks and no product. If you order from Elegranitl.com, you should expect to receive nothing
Below this review is the same response they use on all poor reviews but they have not taken any action to correct my issue.

What a rip off! Purchased the so-called music lollipop for a child and all it is is a piece of plastic that you’re supposed to suck on while music comes out. Well the only music it played was a really bad version of Jingle Bells over and over! And it’s not even edible! Don’t waste your money! Misleading ads on Social Media!! Expensive too! Total rip off!

Bad advertising as the tastysound lollipop that I bought is just plastic on a stick which plays sounds when you put it in your mouth.

It was too small, it's not as advertised. It was lucky to be 2 feet in length. A Joke, I was scam by the ad.

Walking stick is 47cm tall (<2ft). I am not a baby. Why would they label it "walking stick". It is smaller than a bat. Where is the rest of it???? A scam?

i bought the skirt for my 4 year old daughters school uniform. she is a very petite 4, for reference, i found a pair of shorts for school on clearance that were 3T, and they fit her perfectly. i bought her the 4 in this skirt, and it fits her little hips perfectly, and the band is elastic so she will likely where it for the whole year without growing out of it.
