Would have given -5* if I could. Please please avoid ordering anything from these con artists. Ordered electric comb which was not fit for purpose. Requested a refund 1 day later and was sent a replacement which I didn't want. Now they're saying because a replacement was sent they cannot refund. Absolutely disgraceful and would beg everyone to avoid this crappy company who should not be able to get away with it. If I had read their reviews before ordering I wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole. DISGUSTED!!

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers, sadly too short for a disabled relative. Unable to return as the postage back to China is more than the cost of the short items.

Do not touch this company with a bargepole.
My experience makes me feel it is a total scam, with products not fit for purpose.
Having ordered x2 brow pens, I then complained when after less than 7 days the first pen was empty (I paid £17.90 for the 1st pen and there was an offer for £12.53 for the 2nd)
The company policy stipulates they will refund "if not completely satisfied."
When I contacted customer services- they have declined to refund - for either the opened or unopened brow pen- instead offering a discount on next purchase with a link for me to purchase trainers.
I can now see on trust pilot , I am very far from being the only disappointed customer.

Bought flashlights. They are tiny, plastic and the illumination is poor. Total waste of money. Another scamming compsny from overseas who should not be allowed to trade in this country.

Ordered a pair of shoes from them five months ago - a product still being advertised by them. Endless emails promising delivery but no result. Initially they claimed "could not deliver" - when we had been in the house all day. Don't touch anything from these pathetic fraudsters. Also trading under Varo-fashion.

Well. Since I told I had written to the guy who wrote to me advertising other products and I took the opportunity to write him back about my experience with the shaver. Well I don't know if he has sold on the company but I've got nothing but radio silence! A cohesive lot, aren't they?
Wow! If £19.90 is too much to refund or replace, imagine if I had bought an expensive product!
So, all it says to me is that they are rooted in principal NOT principle. A lesson well learned. I still keep receiving offers to purchase products from them though. The cheek! Thanks but no thanks. There are other companies out there. ONCE BITTEN, TWICE SHY. By the way the rating is -1 star

Scam site. Delivery of waterproofing product may as well come in a thimble.

I received it on Wednesday when I opened it I thought it was a child’s toy it was a small plastic thing and it wouldn’t shave anything I believe it’s a scam and I am going to report it as one

Ordered a torchemax torch and ended up with a cheap Chinese copy that's so cheap and useless. Do not buy from this company you will just get ripped off.

Bad flashlight at a high price! The company is registered in the UK but is returning to China. Completely impossible to deal with. Do not buy from there!

I ordered from this company a full body shavers priced at £19.99,it arrived after a 3 week wait,not what I ordered ,I received a tiny portable shaver just cheap tat worth about a £1,it doesn't shave anything , please avoid at all cost total scam site.

My experience was appalling, 2 items sent were 1 was not working, they sent a replacement which was also not working, I decided to buy other items to recover my money, which are off such bad quality and are off no use to me, I complained and basically got an email stating well you ordered them it’s your problem, I urge anyone thinking of buying goods that are imported from china through this company to think twice, an experience you don’t deserve
