So far, so good. Easy to order with a good range of radiators. Delivery was quick and easy to track. Everything received was in good condition.
Not actually plumbed in yet, so not sure of its performance yet.

Top class service, easy to deal with and will be using again
Searched everywhere for a 650mm wide towel radiator to replace a 20 year old radiator, with same dimensions so I could easily replace without getting a plumber involved. Looked everywhere for this size but couldn't source anywhere in Ireland. Elegant Radiators appeared in many google searches so after a phone call and a bit of checking, I decided to purchase from them, as the alternative would mean adjusting pipework. Ibrahim and Naeem were extremely helpful and made me much more confident that they were a legitimate enterprise. Purchased on 25th November and the guys sorted all shipping for me. Received radiator on the 10th Dec as instructed and fitted within a couple of hours - good for a very limited DIYer!

A personal touch
Over the phone help in selecting a radiator was excellent. I needed to replace old for new but new sizing made purely online buying uncertain. Ibrahim was able to talk through and receive a photo to check pipe alignment options. This personal touch (lacking in many modern companies) was nothing short of brilliant.
