Incorrect address provided to courier and radiator not delivered today
I expected the radiator to be delivered today, had worker waiting for it but you provided wrong address . and will not get it today. Very disappointed.

I want to assure you that we did provide the correct address to DHL, our delivery partner. Unfortunately, we were not informed of the reason for the delay in this instance, as the specifics of transit are often outside our control once the parcel is with the courier.

I ordered the black square magnetic towel rail for my panel radiator. Easy to order, arrived promptly. Great product - attached VERY strongly to my steel vertical panel radiator and is perfect width for a bath towel. Great option for smaller bathrooms. Recommend.
