Exceptional Customer Service

Customer service was exceptional! It was my first time ordering. The experience was efficient and effortless. I was notified of a change in the order (design), and whether I wanted to keep my order with a new product design. Wow! Personalized service from an online company. Moreover they had the perfume in stock and it arrived so fast 👍I am thrilled and will recommend for future purchases. Thanks again 💛

Excellent service and authentic product!

The customer service was impeccable, and my order arrived quickly. The fragrance is 100% authentic – definitely not a fake. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first, since it was my first time buying perfume online at a lower price, and I wasn’t sure if I might get scammed. But I’m so glad I went through with it! The Montblanc Legend Spirit smells amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

This was my first time ordering from Eleganscents. They personally reached out to me to clarify my recent online purchase in order to avoid any disruption to my delivery date. Very much appreciated! Large selection of wonderful fragrances as well. Will order again for sure.

Competitive prices on Amarige perfume

Competitive prices on Amarige perfume. Said test bottle. Arrived with generic box not original, what is no problem. I was unable to verify from website where product was obtained or if/how product was verified for authentication. If tester bottle, how do they get the bottles full? Customer service was amazing! Very prompt & informative replies. They went over & beyond to provide answers to my questions, as well as educate me on how to do these tasks on my own for future orders!
