Order a light saber was told it would be delivered to the store to be picked up in like 5 days , still has not been delivered

Appliance salesgirl was awesome & very knowledgeable about the washing machines they sell. Will be back for sure.

Great price. Installers did a quick installation and the washer and dryer work great.

Pat was an very good in helping make a decision. The delivery guys were nice but they did not take any of the stickers or packing off the fridge. Don't know if that is an EE policy.

I would need to get everything up and running, and provided an installation process for a little bit extra. The installation process similarly went really well, the installers were friendly and experienced.

There were two employees smoking at the front door at the Hixson store. They were within feet of the front door with smoke going all over me. I complained to the employees and to Scott inside Scott was a great sales person and very knowledgeable.

Product OK. Sales person great. Need at least a few grocery type carts for people with disabilities to push and lean on while shopping. Preferably. one or two electric handicap carts to use over the large floor space. I personally cannot walk much and need a cart. I have bought there a time or two but cannot manage walking to see any of your products.

Good service, lots of product to look at in-store, and knowledgeable sales people. Follow up after the delivery and install was excellent. The only reason this isn’t five stars was that I was unable to get the refrigerator for five days. That was their earliest option for any in-stock item. If that had been 2-3 days, this would be 5 stars.

We bought our new Samsung 28.8 Cu. Ft. Panel Ready Bespoke Smart 4-Door French Door Refrigerator (Panels required) in March. We were given our bottom freezer drawer panel and promised the others will be ordered, but they are currently on backorder. We still do not have our panels. I have gone by the store every month without any results or follow-up from the Hixson management staff.
We were last in early July and were told we would be told that we were they were scheduled to arrive in mid-July. Today, July 27th, I have not heard from anyone with an update.
