Bought a Dyson ex display Hoover advertised as "as new". Was slightly worried after finding a couple of negative reviews however Hoover is great and doesn't look used. In original box with instructions and half the price of Argos. Will be checking this website when I need a new TV.

Staff were helpful. Television that I ordered was delivered within the specified time, cheapest deal on the web. My new TV was at a discounted price I searched on many sites such as Amazon eBay but Electronicempire were cheapest around and the TV was new in a sealed box. Best Service

Ordered a vacuum cleaner on wed - 'ex display, as new, with full guarantee' with next day delivery on Wednesday. Called to check it was in stock and was told it was.
Arrived Monday - so nowhere near next day and item is obviously been considerably used, marked, dirty filter and stinking when switched on plus no guarantee .
Called to complain and they think it is acceptable to describe this as 'as new' and want me to pay to return! They refuse to pay the return postage. Have contacted trading standards who are now investigating!

THIS WEEK I ORDERED A BRAND NEW SAMSUNG 4K TV WITH THIS COMPANY AND IT ARRIVED IN 24 HRS. THE ITEM WAS BRAND NEW IN SEALED BOX AND WAS £300 CHEAPER THAN OTHER COMPANIES. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. WELL DONE AND WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM ORDERING WITH YOU AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THANKS AGAIN

Bought a TV & Dryer had a great price and service. Ordered on Monday received the items by Tuesday.

Very weird experience with this rogue trader! Placed order and awaited delivery, according to website free next day delvery. Waited a fewq days and nothing. No email updates, dispatch confirmation, nothing!! I emailed to chase them for an ETA and was told 8 days! I emailed to cancel and was told it was too late as it had already been dispatched! I logged into their website and the order was still showing as pending - blantent liars and to make matters worse they tried it on by saying i'd have to pay £10 to cancel? Have they never heard of Distance Selling Regulations???? Know your rights, you can cancel and expect a FULL refund! Even more so if you haven't even received the damn goods!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE COWBOYS! THEY INGORE YOUR EMAILS, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER NOTHING!!

Bought an ex-display tv. Delivery was 2 days after I had ordered, and they called me the day before to arrange a time (2 hour window) when to deliver. The tv was effectively new. A great customer focussed service, very happy. I'd definitely use them again.

I would just like to thank you for a brilliant service. Hassle free from beginning to end. A special thank you to the gentlemen who delivered the washing machine who were very courteous and delivered my item without a problem. Hats off to you. Toshiba TV developed fault after 6 months. Returned within 48 hours working perfectly. Great service.

I ordered a 55" curved screen Samsung OLED Smart TV on New Year's Day in the afternoon at a very competitive price including free delivery from Birmingham to South Wales. Received an email early the following morning Saturday 2/1/16 to say that my TV would be delivered between 2pm and 4pm that day. At 9am I received a telephone call to check that I had received the email and would be available to receive the order. It arrived just after 2.30 and was up and running by 3.30 pm. What a first class service this company operates. I would deal with them anytime.
