This is the worst company, I don’t know why but the person who served me was so rude on two separate occasions, I was completely polite and the person still was not receptive. I will not be ordering again and they do not deserve my service.

Great service. Been wanting a samsung surround sound for ages but couldnt justify spending 1500 on the one i wanted. Got the same one from here for a fraction of the price and love it. Was delivered when they said it would with no hold ups. Would use this company again and have recommened it to a number of people.

Excellent company to deal with. My tv ordered on 28th April in mid afternoon was delivered by 11.15 on the 29th. Considering the distance was about 140 miles I thought the free delivery was exceptional. Very pleased with the purchase.

I ordered a very nice LG OLED TV from these guys which was £170 cheaper than Currys!! It arrived here in London 2 days later. Quick response on the phone too, very happy, keep up the good work!

Excellent value. Delivered very promptly at the specified time. Very pleased with the product, delivery and price. Had slight hitch as their confirmation of order email went into spam but I sorted this out after I contacted them easily by phone. I spoke to a helpful staff member within seconds without any option buttons or musical holds. My experience was first rate.

Awful company to deal with customer service agents giving wrong info and was passed on to the most rudest man ever. Only asked where my order was and continued to be rude for no reason. I’m glad my order was cancelled but after a week it would have been nice to be told before had not that it will be delivered on a specific day. Received NO email either like the man was saying in a rude angry voice. I would avoid this company and spend your money else where to save disappointment.
