Waiting, waiting, waiting for a delivery. No updates or responses to email, and they never answer the phone. Have they gone bust?

Avoid this company at all costs! I placed an order worth £46 for bathroom lights and after placing the order I have been unable to get in touch wth anyone by email or phone calls. It has been 2 weeks now and still no response.

Beware do not use. Order some down lights after 3 weeks still hadn’t arrived. They never answer the phone, I have to find there other company Plumb Nation to get hold of them to get a refund. Terrible.

Ordered five solar panels - website said delivery within 1 to 3 days. Needed for someone leaving the country - hoped would be delivered on time.

Had an email from them saying they'll deliver on day 4. Tried to contact them to see if delivery can be expedited. No reply to emails. No response to phone calls.

I've tried to find out exactly who runs this company. They do not give any clues on their website - no registed company number. Can't find any employees on LinkedIn. I've not had any luck searching through companies house registered companies. It's like these guys don't exist. Trust them much?

Very unhappy with service and non-existant customer service. Suggest buying elsewhere.

A great buying experience from well priced items thru to being kept informed during the confirmation / despatch / shipping / delivery - we had a problem with missed placed delivery of the item but customer services quickly and efficiently helped us locate the item :) Very impressed!

Came quickly and was price competitive. Will use them again.

After making a mistake by online purchase of wrong item I emailed the company’s Customers Department for help. Within an hour my order was cancelled and money returned to my account, couldn’t ask for better help.

Paid for 3 ring wireless cameras, was emailed with a delivery date for 3 days later. The day before delivery i was notified that the new delivery date would be 6 weeks later. Rang and cancelled the order, awaiting full refund.

Pleasant experience throughout, easy to place the order and provided live updates on delivery status ect.

At first I was unsure weather to use this company after reading the negative reviews on here. I am a happy customer and i can honestly say the service was faultless, well done !

Great company delivery very quick from order to item delivered informed of stages from initial purchase right through to delivery. Customer service excellent call answered straight away very pleasant staff. Would definately use this company for all my future purchases.

Excellent service, ordered the unit on Saturday and received on the Tuesday so excellent delivery service and cheaper than anywhere else to boot.

Delivery came several days early. Good communication. I bought a Ring replacement battery. It needed to be charged from scratch. Good price compared to Ring.

Fits the sylvania under cupboard light, as that came with a very short lead. Now i have 2m to position a socket now.

I called up to find out about my order and Liam was really helpful. I’d paid for an air conditioner to arrive on a Friday but there was no sign of it by 4.30pm. It did eventually arrive on the Saturday by UPS and Liam arranged for a refund of the extra I’d paid for a delivery on a specific day.
It would really help if the tracking details were passed onto the customer in an email as I had to ask for this info. It does sound like UPS are not always sticking to the named delivery date.

Unit was damaged on arrival. Liam Meade the customer service manager couldn’t have been more helpful trying to arrange parts and then arranging a complete replacement.

Quick replies and always with an answer rather than a fob off which is rare these days.

Order product 11am with next day delivery for an extortionate £15 (order was £100+}. Nowhere does their website state that their products are not in stock. Full Payment was taken.
9.26am the following day get an email stating 50% of delivery refunded. item was not in stock until 30th March (2 weeks).
Cancelled order and still waiting for my refund 6 days later.
People that are self employed or run companies plan and book in jobs with their customers. This company doesn’t care about theirs customers clearly. Not even a follow up when I told them how unhappy I was.

SO TO STATE YOU COULDN'T CONTACT ME IS A LOT OF RUBBISH- JUST LIKE YOUR SERVICE 🤷🏻‍♂️

Purchased 8 smart bulbs but through my own fault ordered wrong fitting. Easy return and refund and they sent correct ones out for me. Good customer service on the phone and walked me through how to return. Well played.

I tried to buy a Ring camera from this company which is showing on the website at £119. As soon as you add it to your basket, the price increases to £179.

There is no telephone number or live chat to speak to anyone - only an email address.

When I took the item out of the basket, it revealed a telephone number which goes through to Plumb Nation. It turns out that Elecstore.co.uk is owned by Plumb Nation, though they could really have cared less. They just told me it's a new site and the prices haven't been updated yet, but the correct one shows in the basket.

Seems underhand to me - to advertise the wrong price and to not honour it.
