Initially Nicky Cave gave us an outstanding overview of the options available and then during a long period of inactivity while we had to secure funds the Eldercare team kept in touch but were never pushy.....and were very patient! Once we decided to proceed, the admin team worked with us very efficiently to finalise the Plan.
