We completely understand your frustration that your weight hasn't shifted yet. You might notice changes in how your clothes fit or how your body feels first, which are great signs that your body composition is shifting even while the numbers catch up. Please remember that Elcella works by naturally rebalancing the foundation of your gut health, and is designed for steady, sustainable weight loss, rather than a quick fix.
As for the sluggishness, we recommend focusing on fibrous vegetables (asparagus, broccoli) and lean proteins (poultry, legumes), whilst limiting starchy foods (pasta, white bread) which can cause sharp drops in blood sugar, contributing to that heavy feeling. Alongside these dietary tweaks, try a short 10-minute walk after meals to help reduce blood sugar spikes, and subsequent crashes which lead to the sluggish feelings.

Some people don't see results in the first month or so- it takes consistent dosage of 4 capsules twice a day for the full 12 weeks to give your gut the best chance of responding. Elcella is a completely natural, nutrient-based formulation, encapsulated in patented technology allowing delivery to the lower gut, where the nutrients deposited have been scientifically and clinically proven to increase the body's own GLP-1 and PYY (fullness-signalling) hormones. This approach is gentle, but steady, so results will not be as quick as synthetic approaches, however much safer.
