I have nothing but praise for Elevace. I purchased an investment property with them over 2 years ago and have received a regular monthly income in that time. I found Leah Higginson extremely proactive and helpful and never had a problem getting through to her regarding any concerns I had. More recently I have been in contact with Russell Inns and found him to be both transparent and excellent at communicating any problems and the ways that they will or are being resolved. I have every faith that my investment is sound and would highly recommend Elevace to any potential investors seeking to buy their first property or add to their portfolio.

I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Elavce Limited. My experience with the company has been far from satisfactory, and I believe it is crucial to share my concerns.

Abena, the solicitor associated with Elavce Limited, explicitly informed me that she had repeatedly urged the company to allow investors to speak with her before making any deposit. Furthermore, she advised me to request a refund, considering the circumstances. Despite following this advice, my attempts to secure a refund have been met with significant challenges.

Promised documentation, including a new contract, has not been provided as agreed upon. This lack of transparency and failure to fulfill contractual and moral obligations have left me thoroughly disappointed and disillusioned with Elavce Limited's service.

Leah Higginson, who initially presented herself as understanding and considerate, has proven to be deceptive. Despite assurances of empathy and flexibility in accommodating changes in customer circumstances, her actions speak otherwise. The level of responsiveness drastically changed once the payment was made.

Notably, my attempts to reach Leah went unanswered initially, and I later discovered that she was supposedly on holiday. However, when I called from a different number, she promptly answered, raising concerns about the sincerity of her commitment to customer service.

In conclusion, I strongly advise potential investors to exercise caution when dealing with Elavce Limited. My experience indicates a concerning lack of transparency, responsiveness, empathy and commitment to customer satisfaction. Until these issues are addressed, I caution anyone considering investing with Elavce to be prepared for the potential loss of hard-earned money.

Initially I was quite worried and not so sure about investing in Real Estate or Property but after few initial discussions with Reece who represented the company Elavace, I was gradually beginning to change my thinking and some of my fears about investments were slowly beginning to disappear.
Reece supported us in every step during the investment process, and also gave us additional confidence by getting a better negotiated price and also better deals than what we started with at the beginning.

I am quite confident with Integras company and Reece is a highly motivated staff who can help one build a property profile. It was a great valuable experience speaking to Reece and the assurance he gave us and he continues to support us.

Unfortunately after the selling stage the experience was appauling, I found lut that the information provided wasnt reflective of the truth about the property, when the property was near completion, all I get was pressure to complete but the information provided was not the reality. the sales person Kristiane was not responding to emails. Then months later found out she’s left the company but none got in touch and I was t kept in the loop of what was happening. Poor communication once tjey already got what they want and manage to sell you what they want

Being a first-time buyer, I was really on edge about property investment. But team Elavace, with James, Dave, and Kristiane leading the charge, changed all that for me. They took on my endless questions, even after closing time, always making sure I was in the loop. I missed a few deadlines, but they stayed patient, making sure I felt secure. It's not an exaggeration to say they went above and beyond. Close to backing out, they held my hand, answered another million questions, and got me through. I'll be choosing them for my next property journey. Can't recommend enough.

As a foreigner diving into the UK property market, my experience with Elavace and IPG has been positive. Reece's expertise and thorough explanations of the market were invaluable.
