No reply. Tried again. No reply. I didn't want my money back, I wanted an exchange, tried again...no reply. SO I started hunting for phone numbers and I called someone who said he was the owner of the company. He was a nice guy -- perplexed I got HIM on the phone. So he gave me Inge's name and e-mail and said he'd reach out to her as well. I wrote to her. Not long after, she sent me a nice note of apology -- excused herself, and attached a label for return. I then got an e-mail acknowledging the exchange (what I was ordering was $5 cheaper than what I sent back. I got no credit in their document. Okaysurefine. I'll eat the $5. Nope. Crickets. Do I think this product is good? I'll never know. But I want my money back. I'll let you know if I ever see it. But this doesn't bode well, right?
