Bad Customer Service-Rip Off Bill Reminder Fees
I recently contacted them in regards to the outstanding Bills I had, to let them know that I missed paying on time, and that I will do so in the next few days, to avoide extra bill reminder fees.
Instead of addressing the issue, I got dismissed by Email and one day later got the last reminder of the outstandings Bills, with added reminder fees. This is such a slap in the face and complete rip-off!
And it is very bad customer service too, they should for sure improve that, instead of dismissing customers only to one day later charge extra fees, especially when the customer reaches out to let them know that within the next few days all the outstanding bills will be paid.
But apparently they just don't care!
