Ekoglaze 

We have been let down , as we have sent a big deposit as more than 30% of the final price and waited more than 7 weeks to figure out they cannot do our order. Also the communication was really difficult and very poor. All that was a scam and Kevin the man who owns it was justifying himself because of a personal issues. Being a owner of company when is about of taking money from someone you are obligated to put an assistant to look after the company if you are not capable to.
Please don't choose them for doing your home. You will be let down.

After we paid 25% deposit we got 7 weeks of radio silence for it and a gaping hole, we now have to wait another 6 weeks for the next guy. All in - 13 weeks in this condition (see photos) the least you can do is put us in touch with someone who can help. We were worried we won't see our money back ever, we tried every way to get in touch. This is unacceptable.

Recently had my Windows and Door replaced by Ekoglaze, I could not be Happier they look great, Good Quality products. Quick and Easy from start to finish . Mick was great on the fitment dates, Clean and Tidy and Friendly.

I have had a new composite door and two windows fitted in my little cottage in Sheffield. I have to say they look absolutely stunning. From Kevin coming round and being relaxed and informative applying no pressure whatsoever and Mathew going through the finer details at the point of survey I was at ease all the way throughout and Mick did an excellent job installing and keeping the mess to a minimum. I had a guy knock on my door I was understandably sceptical but I did need to worry Kevin came round and knew exactly what I had in my mind regarding grey windows and gave me the colour option free of charge just six weeks later my new windows and bifold door arrives and the fitting team were great nothing to much bother they laid dust sheets down. And just got on with it I'm more than pleased thank you guys I will be ordering my new cosy tile conservatory roof soon

Wow not what I was expecting mark was very knowledgeable he gave me no pressure spoke to me in real terms and the fitters were excellent they even refitted my blinds I was not expecting the service and quality I received the quality of my new front door is excellent and the three windows to my bedroom and dining room are lovely no more draughty windows at a fantastic price !!

Got new windows fitted last week, and wow—game changer. The old ones were basically decorative at that point: draughty, stiff to open, and not doing much in terms of keeping the heat in or the noise out.

The fitters came in, got straight to work, and didn’t mess about. No long tea breaks or dragging it out—just cracked on and got it done in a day. They even managed to avoid waking the dog, which is impressive in itself.

Now the place feels warmer, looks sharper, and you can actually hear yourself think without traffic noise blaring through. Also noticing the heating isn’t kicking in as much, so I’m hoping the energy bill will chill out too.

If you’re on the fence about replacing yours—just do it. I waited too long and didn’t realise how much of a difference it’d make.

New Windows Fitted – What a Difference!

Just had new windows fitted and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the process was smooth and surprisingly quick. The team turned up on time, were friendly and respectful of my home, and worked efficiently with minimal disruption.

The quality of the windows is brilliant – not only do they look a million times better than the old ones, but the difference in warmth and noise reduction is instantly noticeable. No more drafts or rattling when it’s windy!

They cleaned up after themselves too, which was a big bonus. It’s one of those upgrades you wonder why you didn’t do sooner. The house feels cosier, quieter, and looks so much fresher from the outside.

Highly recommend if you're thinking of getting yours done – worth every penny.

On March 20th they sent someone to measure up and give me a quote. He took my credit card details and said that a deposit of £100 would be taken and I should pay the balance, in cash, to the fitter. He told me the surveyor would phone me the next day to arrange an appointment. I asked if I could have something in writing and he told me that the contract would be sent the following day. As by 25th I had not heard anything I telephoned Ekoglaze. They then sent me a contract but the window designs did not match those that I had agreed on (and would not have been suitable for a bedroom). There was also a signature which purported to be mine but was not. I phoned back and told them that I did not wish to proceed and asked for my payment to be refunded.

This is a scam stay away from this company. They take your deposit then you’ll never hear from them again.

Have just replaced all my windows and doors, the customer service and communication from start to finish has been fantastic. The entire team from sales to the fitters have been knowledgable, professional and friendly. The windows are stunning and have made a huge difference to the aesthetic of my property, it’s also made my home much warmer and quieter, I live near a busy road and can’t hear the traffic now. Would fully recommend using this company.

I have recently had some replacement windows and doors with EkoGlaze.

I am very impressed with the standard of workmanship through Craig and Mark. They showed a great deal of care and attention to making sure things were done in a timely fashion. Left things nice and clean.

I have 2 doors I’ll be looking to have installed in the new year, I’ll certainly be reaching out to Kev after Christmas.

Kev isn’t your stereotypical double glazing man, he was very friendly and certainly knows what he’s talking about.
