It is becoming very rare these days to receive a service from a provider. Sam is one of those rare finds. He responds to correspondence promptly and goes the extra mile to provide as much information as possible.
My husband and I have signed up to a yearly contract with Sam so that he can keep an eye on our solar installation and battery. We know we are in good hands.

Exceptional service & results!
ekinect have been exceptional from start to finish with the installation of solar panels on my home. The level of service and professionalism they provided is second to none; from the initial discussions to the completion of the installation, they have been patient, respectful and knowledgeable at every step.
The customer service I have received throughout the process has been incredible. During the initial consultations, they took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of solar energy, assess my specific needs, and address any concerns I had, ensuring I fully understood every part of the process. They were also able to provide a highly detailed (and accurate) breakdown of costs, potential energy savings (my costs have halved, and I actually received a negative bill in the summer), and a realistic timeline for the installation.
I’d highly recommend having a battery system installed too, it felt like a sensible decision for us, on the basis the house is normally empty for large chunks of the day, and it is more cost effective to store the energy and use it later (stored energy is worth more than what our supplier would pay us for over-produced energy), which means that the payback period actually decreases too!
If you are considering solar, do give them a call - I couldn’t recommend the company more.

We purchased a new house earlier this year in which ekinect had installed the solar system
From the first contact Sam was consistently polite, helpful and alway responsive. I cannot speak highly enough of his attitude to service
I am pleased with the system installed and will be adding to my battery storage capacity in the Spring
