I would strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with extreme caution.

The items I received were completely different from what was advertised online — not a slight variation, but a clear misrepresentation in both quality and appearance.

Despite this, the supplier has only offered a 30% refund, which is unacceptable given the extent of the discrepancy.

This raises serious concerns about their overall business practices. I would urge other consumers to think carefully before purchasing.

I am in the process of seeking a full refund.

You will not get anything close to what is pictured and described! My "sweater" was not a sweater but a cheap, thin synthetic material with flower print on part of it. Ugly is the nicest comment, horrendous is closer to reality. The dress that looks wedding worthy in their pictures ended up being the same thin synthetic material in a slip dress with a god awful grayish flower print on it. Threw both in the trash, not even Goodwill donation worthy.

Unreliable company, instead of a knitted sweater they sent me a cheap printed t-shirt of poor quality!!! Too bad I can't add photos of the sweater they sent me. Do not shop at Ehaida!!!

Der Shop wirbt mit Ware die er nicht hat. Produktfotos sehen super aus. Die Ware die man erhält entspricht in keiner Weise dem was man gekauft hat. In dem Fall hat es sich um einen Weihnachtsmantel gehandelt. Weich fallender Stoff mit Pelzbesatz und Stickapplikationen. Mantelschnitt komplett anders, Stoff steif, Pelzbesatz als billiger 2 D Druck ausgeführt, alle anderen Applikationen haben komplett gefehlt. Händler hat nicht auf Beschwerdemail reagiert erst auf eine Reklamationseröffnung über den Bezahldienstleister. Die dann mitgeteilte Retouradresse komplett in Chinesisch Schrift.
